Help ALIPAC Initiate Amnesty Shutdown 2009!

    Friends of ALIPAC,

We are now in a good position to shut down Amnesty attempts in 2009.

Our overall strategy is to prevent any form of Amnesty from passing in Washington over the next six months. This will get us into the 2010 election cycle, when corrupt lawmakers will back off of any unpopular legislation in anticipation of the elections.

America may get one more shot at setting things right in Washington in 2010, if we can stop them from passing Amnesty.

Another part of our strategy has been to win several critical state battles using our political domino theory. Thanks to your hard work we have won all of those battles in 2009!

Now we need your help to use our smaller victories to take down the Dream Act Amnesty with very targeted strategic campaigns.

The Dream Act Amnesty is a bill ALIPAC has helped defeat several times before. The pro-amnesty (Comprehensive Immigration Reform) crowd in Washington hopes to use passage of the Dream Act to gain momentum for the big Amnesty.

We need thousands of you to focus this week on our first targeted state.

    ARKANSAS HERE WE COME!

WE ARE ATTEMPTING TO DEFEAT THE FEDERAL DREAM ACT AMNESTY LEGISLATION BY FOCUSING ON THE STATES WHERE WE HAVE DEFEATED DREAM ACT STATE LEGISLATION.

Our first move will be on one of the four critical states we have won victories in this year, Arkansas.

    Please take the following steps.

    Step 1:

Please craft your own distinct message for calls, e-mails, and faxes, using the following talking points.

-- Dream Act AMNESTY legislation has failed in each state it was attempted this year. Arkansas, Colorado, New Jersey, Oregon, and Maryland have all rejected in-state tuition for illegal aliens in 2009.

-- Illegal aliens should not receive any form of Amnesty, even if they are students as this will only encourage more illegal immigration into America at a time when illegal immigration is thankfully starting to reverse due to more enforcement and the bad economy.

-- Americans should not be forced to pay more taxes to replace our own children in the limited seats in college with illegal aliens as the Dream Act will force taxpayers to do.

-- During this terrible economy, Americans need every tax dollar and seat in college conserved for Americans and legal immigrants!

    SAMPLE MESSAGE

"I am calling/writing Congressman ____ to ask him/her to vote against the Dream Act Amnesty HR 1751 and S 729.

A super majority of Americans oppose the Dream Act Amnesty and each state that considered similar legislation in 2009 soundly defeated the Dream legislation. Arkansas, Colorado, Oregon, New Jersey, and Maryland have all defeated in-state tuition for illegal aliens this year and 40 states have rejected such legislation over the last 8 years!

Congress needs to reject any form of Amnesty, including the Dream Act Amnesty because such an amnesty would reward illegal immigrant families and lead to more illegal immigration in America, at a time when we need every tax dollar, every job, and every job training seat in college for suffering American families.

Please stand with the vast majority of American voters by working against and voting against the Dream Act Amnesty in 2009!

Please do not override the Arkansas legislature or the efforts of 40 states that have said no to Dream Act legislation. The public backlash of such a move would be astounding."

    Step 2:

We need ALIPAC supporters from EVERY STATE IN AMERICA to FOCUS your efforts on Arkansas first. Please contact each member of Congress below with your message.

First by phone and then in writing via e-mail, fax, letter, or all three!

We need these contact numbers ringing off the hook all week with your messages. Only with a massive and focused response can we assure these lawmakers get the message.

I just called all of them. I said I live in the sorry state of California and I hope their state does not end like mine. I explained what life is like here and you better save your state before it looks like California.
    Thank you ALIPAC !

    S729

This is a sample of what I emailed to the CA senators and OAK senators (and my House Rep for CA dist 1)

It seems some politicians are hell bent on adding endless tax burdens on California tax payers.

I refer to S729. 1) It is not a legal function of the
Federal Government to try and force the states to treat illegal aliens as though they were citizens or legal residents!

    2) US citizens are staggering under a hideous load of taxation as it is and offering more welfare to people who are not entitled to it is disgraceful.

    3) All politicians at this time should be seeking to DECREASE government spending and eliminate unnecessary programs and expenses, not add more burdens!

If this tax and spend mentality persists the citizens are going to clean out the senate in 2010 and start over!

Do all in your power to defeat HR 1751.

Rewarding illegal behaviour will obviously result in more illegal behavior! Is this news?

    Amnesty shutdown

I just got an alert from Alipac speaking of shutting down amnesty. I clicked onto it and found out that I had to login in order to post, which I did. But then it takes me to my page, instead of the page I wanted to post. I spent the next several minutes trying to do a search for that topic. Isn't there an easier way? I'm sure I'm doing something wrong cause I don't have this problem when I'm on other sites, but then it's probably because I've clicked onto a thread I've already posted on. Anyway, can someone help me out here?

My main reason to post is that we are asked to call and email reps in Ark. Every time I've tried doing that with another state rep, I am asked what state I'm calling from. Then I'm told that they only respond to their constituents. And an email is returned to me saying that I am not their constituent, which really makes me angry cause we ARE ALL their constituents, since their votes affect all of us.

Some people just don't get the "Master Plan." What These nitwit Congressional reps. want is total power, therefore blocking any opposition to AMNESTY, DREAM ACT, or whatever they call it will win over these new squatters for future votes. What the dim & the dumb bureaucrats don't realize, is that once in a formidable number, these people will make sure their own will get in office & eventually in power. What do you all think LARAZA & RECONQUISTA'S GOAL IS? The answer is to annex TX, CA, NM, Az. These orgs have perpetrated the myth that the SW was "stolen" from Mexico. Shows the general ignorance here. Tx, for example was a independent state before Mexico claimed it, hence the Mex War which US won, annexed TX & paid Mexico $15M for it. In the case of S.CA, NM, Az, Mexico was paid $10M for that territory! Of course the argument that White Euro-Americans took all the land from them is a total lie. SPAIN was the Euro. country that did that in the beginning, & now they claim Spanish, the lang of their conquerors to be their mother tongue. Let us not forget Maximilian & Carlotta, placed there to rule by Napoleon! Wow, their concept of history is really lame! By the way, it was Euro. immigrants who developed & industrialized this otherwise rustic land. Forget the stupid PC, & get some facts (good & bad), because that is what is so.

    Defeat Amnesty

I have sent emails to all on the list except for 3. Those 3 won't accept emails from anyone outside their district. I will attempt to make phone calls also. WE ALL NEED TO BE DOING OUR PART TO DEFEAT THIS AMNESTY ONCE AND FOR ALL.
