ALIPAC is seeking the DACA amnesty immigration status of the two illegal aliens, Henry Sanchez (17) and Jose Montano (eighteen), whom authorities placed with 9th-grade children in Rockville High School before they were charged with the gang rape a 14-year-old girl.

Detailed court records (SEE BELOW) claim these two illegal aliens forcibly and simultaneously raped and sodomized the child in a boys' restroom stall. While gang rapes were once very rare in the United States, this kind of crime is believed to be prevalent in 3rd world nations where sexual offenses are rarely prosecuted.

"We want to know if these two illegal immigrants were beneficiaries of Barack Obama's and Donald Trump's DACA Dream Act Amnesty program, and we want to know the names of every government employee who put this child at risk by putting two adult illegal aliens into the 9th grade with her!" declared William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. If they are central americans, they could be part of the UAC border crossers placed @ the nation or just DACA eligible illegals. DACA, how can they prove a parent brought them? The Montgomery County Public School superintendent, Jack R. Smith, held a press conference last night to discuss the rape of a 14-year-old ninth grade student by two illegal alien students, also enrolled in the ninth grade, aged 17 and 18.


Mr. Smith begins the press conference by stating anyone who opposes undocumented adult illegal aliens being allowed to enroll in Montgomery County Public Schools with young students is a bigot and a racist.


The far-left political advocacy of this progressive School Superintended in stunning. This school district is so far over the ideological deep end, it seems hopeless for the residents and parents.


Mr. Smith does acknowledge during the latter part of the presser that these predator suspects were indeed part of the Unaccompanied Alien Children relocation program.

The primary concern of Superintendent Jack Smith, as expressly stated in his press conference, is to ensure the continual exposure of young female students to an aggressive and sexualized adult male population of undocumented South American illegal aliens.

We should have knowledge of what agency & how they are funded, that moved them from the border, placed them in someone's home and is receiving their monthly $$$$ - they are to be blamed too. The claim is "placed with relatives" until hearing. Talk @ vetting for refugees, it does not exist for this UAC "border children" fiasco and there are @ 70,000 a year that crossed for the last 4 years.

Congress cont'd to fund this program & the agencies to shuttle and place them next to our kids at school. And you do not hear from Trump admin or ryan to change this situation. There are less coming but they are still coming and 250,000 here amongst us. This clearly fits the open border agenda phase 2 - mexicans phase1. But most of these "kids" will receive asylum, monies, social services AND NEXT WILL BE PETITION FOR THEIR ENTIRE FAMILY -12 kids plus adults. No way should 250,000 central american kids be here, on our dollar too, let alone their siblings & families that will follow. Today, U.S. Customs and Border Protection is releasing illegal border crossing data through the month of February and the numbers show an unprecedented decline in traffic. From January to February, the flow of illegal border crossings as measured by apprehensions and the prevention of inadmissible persons at our southern border dropped by 40 percent.
The drop in apprehensions shows a marked change in trends. Since the Administration’s implementation of Executive Orders to enforce immigration laws, apprehensions and inadmissible activity is trending toward the lowest monthly total in at least the last five years. This change in the trend line is especially significant because CBP historically sees a 10-20 percent increase in apprehensions of illegal immigrants from January to February. Instead, this year we saw a drop from 31,578 to 18,762 persons - a 40 percent decline.
This is encouraging news as in the period from Oct 1, 2016 to the Presidential inauguration, U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported 157,000 apprehensions of illegal immigrants – a 35 percent increase over the previous fiscal year, with family units increasing by more than 100 percent. However, since President Trump took office on January 20, we have seen a dramatic drop in numbers.
The decrease is also encouraging news because it means many fewer people are putting themselves and their families at risk of exploitation, assault and injury by human traffickers and the physical dangers of the treacherous journey north.
Additionally, we are seeing an increase in the fees charged by human smugglers along the U.S. southwest border. Since Nov. 2016, “coyotes” have hiked their fees in some areas by roughly 130 percent - from $3,500 to $8,000 in certain mountainous regions. Changes in U.S. policy, including the detention of apprehended aliens, drive up the smuggling fees.
As directed in my memoranda implementing the President’s executive orders, we remain committed to carrying out fair, impartial and humane enforcement of the nation’s immigration laws. We will remain vigilant to respond to any changes in these trends, as numbers of illegal crossings typically increase between March and May. However, the early results show that enforcement matters, deterrence matters, and that comprehensive immigration enforcement can make an impact.

In February, a total of 18,762 individuals were apprehended between ports of entry on our Southwest Border, compared with 31,578 in January and 43,255 in December. In Fiscal Year (FY) 2016, USBP apprehended 408,870 individuals along our southwest border, compared to 331,333 in FY15, and 479,371 in FY14.

In February, a total of 4,808 people presenting themselves at ports of entry on the Southwest Border were deemed inadmissible compared to 10,899 in January and 15,176 in December. In Fiscal Year (FY) 2016, 150,825 were deemed inadmissible compared to 114,486 in FY15 and 90,601 in FY14.
OFO inadmissibility metrics include individuals encountered at ports of entry who are seeking lawful admission into the United States but are determined to be inadmissible, individuals presenting themselves to seek humanitarian protection under our laws, and individuals who withdraw an application for admission and return to their countries of origin within a short time frame.

Jack R. Smith needs to be fired for this disgusting display of support for the policies that made this gang rape in their High School possible. And he pretty much called all the people emailing him about this issue racists.

We know that people are not complaining to him about Hispanics. People are upset these were illegal alien criminals that were put in proximity of American children by people like Jack R. Smith!

I hope this young lady is not pregnant and did not get any STD's from these violent criminal illegal aliens. Not to mention the psychological damage this has done to her for LIFE. She will never forget this.

She has 2 months left to finish school. I hope she is allowed to do this from the safety of her own home and then that family puts her in Private School.

These officials in charge need to be sued and relieved of their positions.
