Sen. Isackson says Amnesty Will Pass because you Acquiesce!
Friends of ALIPAC,
We are sad to report that another Republican who we thought was on our side in Georgia is now predicting that Amnesty for illegal aliens aka "immigration reform" will pass.
Why is he making this prediction? If you read this article below, you will see that he believes you are acquiescing to Amnesty this time. He is claiming in a way that you have not heeded ALIPAC's calls to contact his office! We hope that is not true.
Please take immediate action today to correct Senator Isakson!
Sen. Isakson predicts immigration reform Amnesty will win approval

Sample Message: "I'm calling/writing Senator Isakson to tell him to oppose immigration reform Amnesty. I was shocked to see that he has forgotten the lessons of 2006, 2007 and 2010 when 2 out of 3 Americans told him NO AMNESTY or path to citizenship for illegal immigrants. Senator Isakson needs to support enforcement of the immigration laws Congress has passed and stop lending his support to Amnesty. He said in the media the other day that not enough people has called to oppose Amnesty this time. We should not have to call Senator Isakson for him to oppose this push to legalize illegals. Most people thought that because he is from Georgia he had enough sense to know and it appears we were wrong.
Remember to craft your own distinct version of this message.
Remember to call, call, call.
If you support Amnesty for illegal aliens, then do not call Senator Isakson because he and the other elected officials we ask you to call will interpret your silence as support for Amnesty.
Please call now!
Senator Johnny Isakson

I called his DC offices and they claimed they knew nothing about this article...

sounds like Isakson has been caught telling business Chamber of Commerce members something different than what he has been telling his Georgia constituents!

Reply for Senator Isakson's office
Thank you for contacting my office regarding immigration. I appreciate hearing from you and appreciate the opportunity to respond.
First and foremost it is imperative that we secure our borders. I support a border security plan to combat illegal immigration, drug and alien smuggling and violent activity on the Southwest border. As we have seen in places such as Texas, New Mexico, California and Arizona, Mexican drug cartel violence has only escalated and threatens communities not just in the Southwest but also in Georgia. We must respond accordingly to ensure the safety of all American citizens. I do not believe in any special pathway to citizenship for individuals who are here illegally. I believe that all immigrants should pursue citizenship by getting in line and complying with the same rules that are already in place. I have always drawn a clear distinction between legal and illegal immigration, and anyone who comes to our country legally should be welcomed to share in the pursuit of the American dream. At the same time, the defense of our nation begins with securing our borders and ending the opportunity for illegal entry. Our immigration laws must be followed and they must be enforced, and I stand in full support of those who do both.
I have been working hard to address one of the most important domestic issues in the United States. I will continue my efforts because I believe it is absolutely critical to our state and to this nation that we secure the borders, not offer amnesty, and restore credibility to our immigration system.
Thank you again for contacting me. Please visit my webpage at U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson for more information on the issues important to you and to sign up for my e-newsletter.

Senator Isakson is clearly being sneaky.
He did not say he does not support a pathway to citizenship, he says
"I do not believe in any special pathway to citizenship for individuals who are here illegally."
Special. Get it, nothing special.
