Thread: A Humane Way to Deport 12-30 Million illegal immigrants

We believe that many if not most illegal immigrants would voluntarily exit America in a humane way under their own volition if an acting President simply stated his or her intention of fully enforcing existing immigration laws.

We have seen and documented exoduses from states like Arizona and Georgia when state level immigration laws were passed. Those departing illegals left prior to the new laws even being implemented.

So a humane deportation policy, in our view, would be a President who announces he/she will honor the Constitution and existing laws starting on a certain date, perhaps in six months.

This could be paired with certain border crossing points, airports, and ports being designated to allow illegal immigrants to depart without hindrance from authorities and without property or asset seizures.

ALIPAC originally suggested this idea when illegal immigration had been documented as reversing in 2010.

But after Obama implemented his DACA amnesty, the reversal of illegal immigration was nullified by the new waves of illegals attracted into the US.

To increase the number of illegal aliens returning to the nations they are citizens of, the President should indicate that any illegals found in America after 6 months will be subject to asset seizures to compensate US taxpayers for the cost of building a wall on our border, the 100-200 billion dollars of taxpayer resources drained by illegals each year, and to reimburse some of the social welfare money currently received by 57% of illegal immigrant households.

The President should announce a cut off date for all of the current funding flowing to nonprofit groups that are housing and facilitating illegal immigrants, instructing each recipient organization to use the final funds to help the illegals return to their home nations.

To further accelerate the gradual and humane departure of illegal immigrants, the President could order that all existing I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Forms for current and future employees be screened by the US CIS as promised in the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA) legislation. By instructing employers and US CIS to honor the 1986 promises and legislation, the President could virtually end illegal immigrant employment in America, thus removing the attraction of jobs that Americans and legal immigrants need.

The remaining illegal immigrants could be deported by our state, federal, and local law enforcement when they were encountered during routine investigations and conduct of their jobs.

We learned from prior successful and human mass deportations of illegals in the 1930s and 1950s that for each illegal alien deported by our government, another 2-3 will leave on their own accord.

All illegal immigrants who return illegally after leaving or being deported should be immediately imprisoned and sentenced to hard labor for several years on public works projects, including building and maintaining our border defenses.

Specific enclaves of illegal immigrants that refuse to comply could be dealt with by the National Guard like Dwight Eisenhower did. If manpower is an issue, so many Americans want the illegal immigrants to leave that local sheriffs' could deputize all of the volunteer manpower they needed and the VFW could also help the effort.

Take the money we are spending on incarceration ($25 billions per year?) and border security ($15 billion): Train vicious guard dogs to patrol the border hotspots and buy or lease several Jumbo Jets to get them out of here! How can a country that can get people to the Moon not know how to get third world opportunists, criminals, and illiterates out of here?!!

I'm convinced attrition through enforcement would work if given a chance.
