Immigration Status of NC Gang Rape Suspects Sought

ALIPAC is asking the media, local authorities, and Congressional offices to help provide the immigration status of the 5 Hispanic suspects arrested in North Carolina's most recent gang rape incident to determine if the perpetrators are illegal immigrants or illegals being assisted by Obama's DACA and DAPA amnesty programs. Twenty six states, including North Carolina, are suing to stop these programs

Authorities have charged Jhovany Roman, 17, Felix Reyes, 16, and Eduardo Garcia, 17, and two 15-year-old boys in the case where a 17 year old female was found unconscious in a field next to an apartment complex in Mint Hill, NC on November 19 with signs of brutal violent sexual assault. WBT News reports that one of the teens made a video of the gang rape.

Some local media, and Breitbart News, are reporting about this latest immigration related gang rape but the national news that went on and on about the false charges against the Duke La Cross team remain silent about these numerous proven incidences of gang rape.

ALIPAC has documented that when the suspects in violent crimes are white, extensive national news coverage is assured even when the allegations turn out to be blatantly false. But when the suspects are non-white the national media censors or suppresses the story again and again.

"We need to know if the Obama administration's willful refusal to adequately enforce our existing border and immigration laws, local Sanctuary City policies recently outlawed by NC HB 318, or if Obama's unconstitutional amnesty orders contributed to this latest gang rape in North Carolina." said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "The lawsuits being filed by 26 states to stop Obama's unconstitutional DAPA and DACA plans and the lawsuits being filed by the victims of illegal alien violence need to know about this case and the immigration status and history of the suspects. Many times, America's immigration policies contribute directly to these crimes.

North Carolina and other parts of America have experienced immigration issue related gang rapes over the last few years. While gang rapes used to be very rare in America, they are much more common in the nations contributing the most illegal immigrants such as Mexico, Honduras, and Nicaragua where rape is endemic and rape laws are seldom enforced.

In North Carolina, the two largest newspapers in the state, The Charlotte Observer and Raleigh News and Observer, have been informed about numerous gang rapes conducted by illegal immigrants but to date have refused to ever report on a single documented case.

"We have to rely on talk radio and Internet based news sources along with hand to hand transfer of information about illegal immigrant crimes in North Carolina because most of our state's major newspapers willfully conceal atrocities committed by illegals. That is why thousands of Americans can be slaughtered by illegal immigrants each year coast to coast and the vast majority of US citizens remain oblivious to the attacks and killings!" warned William Gheen.
