Obama Amnesty Decree Support Documents Hidden by WA State Attorney General's Office

Obama Amnesty Decree Support Documents Hidden by WA State Attorney General's Office

    For National Release

    February 24, 2015

Contact: Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) (866) 703-0864 | WilliamG@alipac.us

Less than 24 hours after ALIPAC put out a national press release (click for copy) putting pressure on the six states with GOP Governors that are either silent on (NJ) or actually supporting Obama's amnesty decree in court (NM, IL, IA, MY, MA), the Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson's office removed the PDF file of the Amicus Brief that was being cited by ALIPAC, The Hill Magazine, and activists across America.

On Monday morning of Feb 23, 2015, the link contained in The Hill Magazine's Jan. 16 article titled "25 states sue Obama over amnesty, but some states are silent" written by Jon Feere still led to a PDF file copy of the Amicus Brief "friend of the court" document filed and announced by AG Bob Ferguson on Jan 11, 2015.

As of this morning, Tuesday Feb. 24, 2015, that document has been removed although it had been up for more than a month prior to ALIPAC's use of the document to prove which 12 states are trying to support Obama's unconstitutional and lawless amnesty edicts that 26 states are suing to stop! The link is still visible in the ALIPAC releases and The Hill Magazine's report and as all can see below it now leads to "Page Not Found" at the Washington State's Attorney General office website....

    http://www.atg.wa.gov/uploadedFiles/...USAmicusBr.pdf

This link and document was very important since several state Governor's offices in Iowa and Maryland denied their state was defending Obama's immigration actions in court when activists called them Monday morning. By Tuesday morning, that resistance to the accusations had ceased.

"It is clear that the Washington State Attorney General's office has removed the Amicus Brief from their website in an effort to conceal that information from activists who oppose their efforts to legally substantiate Obama's lawless amnesty decree!" said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "We are not surprised to see this kind of underhanded and unethical behavior emanating from one of the offices trying to support Obama's overthrow of US laws, borders, and Constitution. We just want them to know we caught them in the act and their efforts to conceal that document and provide cover for the states supporting Obama will lead to even more exposure and public awareness on this issue!"

ALIPAC has located another working copy of the Amicus Brief currently found in the Washington State Attorney General's website on a press release from Jan. 11, 2015 announcing the filing of the documents. (click to view release) (click to view brief)

If that copy also disappears and turns into a "page not found", ALIPAC has downloaded a copy that will be released via www.ALIPAC.us with screen shots of the current status of these pages on WA AG Bob Ferguson's website to deter or overcome any further censorship on this matter.

The Amicus Brief in support of Obama's "Executive Action" on immigration removed by the Washington State Attorney General's office shows that it was signed by Kamala D. Harris, Attorney General of California, George Jepsen, Attorney General of Connecticut, Russell A. Suzuki, Attorney General of Hawaii, Hector H. Balderas, Attorney General of New Mexico, Lisa Madigan, Attorney General of Illinois, Eric T. Schneiderman, Attorney General of New York, Thomas J. Miller, Attorney General of Iowa, Ellen Rosenblum, Attorney General of Oregon, Brian Frosh, Attorney General of Maryland, William Sorrell, Attorney General of Vermont, Martha Coakley, Attorney General of Massachusetts, and Karl Racine, Attorney General of Washington, DC.

Wonderful job, William! I'm so glad you have a copy of the original Amicus Brief and Ferguson's actions just go to show how shameful their actions are, so shameful, they don't want anyone to see their signatures on the Brief of Lies.
