Democrat efforts to encourage and facilitate illegal immigration by passing legislative Amnesty took a significant hit today with Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough correctly ruling that Democrat plans to stick an unrelated Amnesty for millions of illegals into the budget bill to bypass the filibuster violates Senate rules.

This is the third time the parliamentarian has rejected Senator Chuck Schumer's skullduggery.

Illegal immigration proponents took a further hit with the announcement DOJ is retreating from plans to give $450,000 payouts to some illegals.
