No way dude! This movement is a lot bigger than Trump! The other candidates put you to sleep. Trump will hold his own.

But he also said ALL illegals must go back and then reapply. That means they have to apply under the current law. You know he will NOT do an executive amnesty like Obama to let them back in. This GOP congress would never pass a law to let them back in quickly! So the result of him sending everyone back means VERY few can come back legally! With his border wall it would be VERY difficult to get here illegally as well!

Yes, but we have heard several versions of this type of amnesty before and all of them have involved illegals leaving (on their own schedule when they have the time over a period of years) then grabbing their new papers and biometric IDs and coming back into America within hours or days.

The Trump plan sounds like several dirty amnesty tricks of the past we have fought and stopped!

And if millions of illegals come back into America and get what they want it will still signal the more than 1 billion others on the earth that are thinking of piling in here that they can do so without fear of the penalties of current law which prohibit illegals from becoming 'legal'

The Trump plan would require the removal of the "no legal path for illegals" laws that are designed to be a deterrent against illegal immigration!

Yesterday (or the day before) he said they would get expedited processing. That is not in accordance with our current immigration law. Furthermore, do you honestly think they're just going to go home and apply to come back in the correct manner? Hmm, if they could do that, do you think they would have come here illegally in the first place? Going home and getting in back of the line could take years for some and many will never get back in. No they aren't just going to go home to get in back of the 'legal immigration' line. If Trump think that's going to happen, he's a very foolish man. Right now Trump strikes me as a man trying to play both ends to boost his popularity by appeasing everyone. In the end he's going to find out that trick isn't going to work.

Oh, and what "border wall" are you talking about? There isn't one and getting one built cannot be done without the approval of the U.S. Congress. You're sure placing a lot of faith in a man who seems to be jumping around everywhere at the moment. Mexican jumping beans have never jumped so much.

He doesn't seem to be doing so well at the moment.

Well the truth is that we can only do so much right now due to Trump's momentum. He is a juggernaut at the moment so I think the best we can do, after expending quite a bit of time and energy on his distractions, is to focus attention on the US Senate and Congressional races.

I understand what you're saying and agree. However, I find it extremely frustrating that a fellow ALIPAC member would actually say that ALIPAC would lose supporters if the organization didn't support Trump. I've been a member of ALIPAC since 2006 and in that time I've never known ALIPAC to support any candidate, locally or nationally, that supported amnesty for illegal immigrants. Sorry for the rant, just feeling a little confused right now.

We have had about 30 people leave our email alerts list and 50-100 people leave our social media pages citing us saying something negative about Trump. This happens every Presidential election when we have to take well known candidates to task.and our problem is that Trump started sneaking in this tricky amnesty language while he is ascending with momentum.

Are you kidding? Trump is doing better than EVER! He now leads in EVERY state! He has opened up a huge 15 point lead over hometown boy Walker in Iowa! He leads Bush AND Rubio is Florida! This is absolutely AMAZING! As long as Trump holds his own in the debates he really will likely be the GOP nominee! It just shows how much the public is SICK of the liars in Washington!

Billionaire Donald Trump is blowing away his nearest competitor, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, 2-to-1, in a poll of Iowa Republican voters released Friday by Gravis Marketing on behalf of One American News Network.

Trump has a 15-point lead over Walker in the poll taken of 227 registered Republican voters in the Hawkeye State, asked Wednesday who among the GOP candidates for president they would vote for if the caucus were held today. The results, according to the poll:

    • Trump, 30.9 percent
    • Walker, 15.4 percent
    • Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, 10 percent
