The Americans for Legal Immigration Political Action Committee (ALIPAC), which has played a key role in defeating Dream and Comprehensive Amnesty legislation in Washington, DC, in 2006, 2007, and 2010, unveiled the group's strategy to defeat the new attempt to legalize illegal immigrants being pushed by the Obama administration simultaneously with gun control efforts.

ALIPAC is launching an effort to determine which GOP members of the US House may be a part of the secret negotiations and agreements being crafted for a group of Republican lawmakers to join with Democrats to pass Amnesty legislation for illegal immigrants in a pattern similar to the recent "Fiscal Cliff" compromise in which 85 Republicans voted with Democrats to pass the measure. With deep roots into the Tea Party and conservative grassroots organizations across America, ALIPAC's education efforts are likely to ignite a political fire storm for GOP lawmakers working with Obama on immigration issues.

"We know that Speaker John Boehner and Paul Ryan are working with Obama to legalize millions of illegal aliens who will eventually displace millions of American workers and conservative voters," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "We are doing our best to determine which Republicans will follow them so we can alert voters to lobby these lawmakers to abandon the Amnesty negotiations."

ALIPAC will be politically targeting GOP lawmakers who have expressed a desire to work with Obama to provide legal status for illegal aliens. These lawmakers are seeking to rubber stamp Obama's unlawful and unConstitutional Amnesty dictates such as the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Amnesty which mimics the Dream Act Amnesty legislation defeated in Congress several times. ALIPAC contends that members of Congress should be working to stop Obama's unlawful decrees instead of moving to rubber stamp them.

Prominent lawmakers such as US Senators Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, John McCain, and Lindsey Graham are on top of the political targets list along with House Speaker John Boehner and Vice Presidential candidate Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) due to their renewed advocacy for Amnesty for illegal aliens.

John McCain promised Arizona voters in 2010 that he would no longer support Amnesty for illegals but he is back at it again. Lindsey Graham is trying to keep a low profile after his support for Amnesty and the resulting backlash from conservative groups in his state after a speech by ALIPAC's President William Gheen at a Tea Party rally sent Graham fleeing from the Amnesty negotiating table with Obama and Janet Napolitano. Congressman Paul Ryan certainly did not tell voters about his support for Amnesty as Mitt Romney's running mate.

Marco Rubio's recent legislative planning to pass Amnesty for illegal aliens has won him praise from liberal Democrats such as Obama's White House, MSNBC Host Rachel Maddow, Congressman Luis Gutierrez (D-Chicago), and the New York Times.

"We are going to accurately inform voters about which GOP lawmakers are holding secret negotiations with Obama's representatives and then these Republican sellouts can learn what it feels like to offend over 80% of their base supporters," concluded William Gheen.
