This is just another travesty perpetuated upon the American people by this Administration . The Republican leaders have done nothing to stop this action of amnesty .
Obama stated that he was going to transform our nation . He will transform it into a One Party Socialist Cesspool, unless we find some leaders with political courage .

Thank you for your concerns and questions regarding the President’s actions on immigration. I appreciate hearing from you.
President Obama’s actions are not only unlawful, they are emblematic of this administration’s increasingly blatant disregard and disrespect for the American people, especially to every immigrant who has come to this country legally. The President himself, on twenty two separate occasions, has told the American people that he does not have the authority to take the type of unilateral actions he’s now pursuing. But just like his promise that if you like your health insurance plan you can keep it, he has misled us once again.


President Obama's immigration plan amounts to one thing, plain and simple, executive amnesty for millions of people living illegally in America. The truth is that President Obama remains the greatest obstacle to immigration reform by treating our broken immigration system as a political opportunity.


Changes and revisions to our immigration system are needed to make our nation more secure and more competitive in the economy of the world. However, the American people voted for a bipartisan government and they expect Congress to be their voice in the immigration reform process. Working with Congress is not optional, the Constitution makes it mandatory.


In the coming days, I will continue to work with my colleagues in the House to find any and every avenue provided to stop President Obama from continuing to ignore the will of the American people and circumvent the Constitution. I have already called for the House Appropriations Committee to include language, in all relevant appropriations legislation for the next fiscal year, prohibiting the use of funds to implement the President’s new amnesty policies.


I, like the President, made an oath to uphold the Constitution. The difference is that I have every intention to continue to keep that promise.

By his unconstitutional usurpation of legislative authority by issuing his dictatorial so-called "executive order," the current holder of the office of POTUS has made himself a domestic enemy of the Constitution. Therefore, it is the duty of all who took this oath to defend the Constitution and oppose the executive amnesty by decree issued by the current occupant of the office of President.

I am totally against Amnesty and I was totally disgusted by Obuma's speech. I expected nothing less from this despot. I attended my first illegal immigration protest while in Az. I traveled close to 9 to 10 hrs to protest the bused load of illegal aliens who were scheduled to come into Oracle Az. They did not show up because it was later learned that the media had alerted them to our presence there, the buses were delayed for several days.
This despot in power cares NOTHING for our constitution or the law. He is doing everything in his sick demented mind to bring this country down. Is there NO ONE , in congress, who has the courage to bring' down' this disgusting socialist/ communist lover of Saul Alinsky / Bill Ayers and all time racist who would love nothing more then to divide the races??!! IS THERE ONE MAN OF COURAGE WHO WILL FIGHT AGAINST THIS EVIL MAN WHO CLAIMS TO BE THE PRESIDENT OF THIS COUNTRY, but in fact; Hates America?? I would love to say that I admire the Republicans, but they have proven to be Nothing More then Spineless, Worthless Politicians Who ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR OWN POLITICAL FUTURE! I, along with others, will NOT continue to support all those Republicans who will not stand with the Unemployed Americans and what they want. I do admire Trey Gowdy, Ben Carson, Col. West, and Sen. In my personal opinion, we have enough "diversity" in this country; we don't need any more illegal aliens who feed off of the social services and deplete those resources and do nothing more then to bring down wages, commit crimes, kill and rape innocent victims and then run back to their countries!! Lets make all the other countries "accountable" to their peoples needs. We should NOT be forced to feed, clothes, and provide for all illegal aliens who come here, the basic needs that their "own country" should be providing! Where Will It End?? Where is Mexico's wealth distribution?? Where is their compassion for its own citizens?? Why doesn't the president of Mexico take in all his poor and indigent people and distribute "his wealth and the wealth of all the rich Mexicans" if he is so concerned about the poor?? Mexico has more strict immigration laws compared to ours and yet that arrogant man has the audacity to criticize our laws?? Mexico welcomes "only foreigners" who will be useful to Mexican Society, they keep track of 'every single" person in the country, foreigners with fake papers or who enter their country "illegally" may be 'imprisoned" and those found with fake immigration papers may be fine or imprisoned' unlike those here in our country who are rewarded with our social services and free college education!! This is an outrage and an insult to all those who were born here or those that came here legally and had to pay for their own education. I, FOR ONE, HAVE HAD ENOUGH. Its time to reclaim our country back. All Republicans not standing with "conservatives" and all the Unemployed Citizens" are no longer welcomed in my home!

Obama's Lawless Amnesty Tests Our Republic

I write this late Friday after an extraordinarily busy week at Judicial Watch.

Honest Americans are still gasping from President Obama's speech last night announcing his own amnesty program, based on no legal authority, for at least five million illegal aliens. I warned you last week about Obama's amnesty assault on our nation. Unfortunately, my summary needs no update from last week, but should reassure you that we are on the case:

Self-government, elections, laws, and other essential aspects of our constitutional system seemof little concern to the corrupt leader of this gangster administration. Judicial Watch will continue to take the lead in exposing and stopping this lawlessness. Your Judicial Watch is considering major litigation to stop Obama's dictatorial amnesty agenda. We will keep moving forward toward accountability, and won't wait for Congress and the rest of Washington to catch up.

Obama's power grab is an attack on the very soul of our representative government. Is Obama king or a man subject to the law? Despicably, the White House's web propaganda arm leads with Obama's misleading reference to Holy Scripture to justify this lawlessness. The president, our oppressor, steals our liberty, mocks the law-abiding, violates his oath to God - and dares to lecture us on oppression.

Hypocrisy aside, I am outraged as you are by the president's new proposals. But Obama's lawless amnesty has been in place for years. Your Judicial Watch has been going to court repeatedly to get you the details. We've documented Obama's lawlessness on immigration for you here.

Contact your elected representatives in Washington to let them know what you think they should do. It seems to me that Congress has a positive moral obligation to not fund this or any other Obama lawlessness. The House Republican leadership knew this crisis was coming, but adjourned anyway. That tells you that any strong response will have to come through pressure from you.

For Congress to fund Obama's assault on the Republic because Republican leaders don't want a shut-down would make Congress complicit in Obama's lawlessness. Do Mitch McConnell, John Boehner, and other Republicans want to be accessories-after-the-fact with Obama? Are there honest Democrats that support the U.S. Constitution?

Sue, defund, impeach, shut-down, prosecute - all are possibilities to be considered in these critical times. (We even had the idea of something as simple as boycotting the State of the Union Address.)

I will close this initial battle report with a quote from Dietrich Bonhoeffer that I had the privilege of sharing yesterday with a member of Congress who has been steadfast on the issue of illegal immigration:

"Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act."


The congressman was motivated and moved by this quote. And we could all do worse for a "talking point" to persuade Establishment Washington to stand with Judicial Watch and the vast majority of Americans who oppose and want to stop Obama's latest power grab.

I just read an article that makes the argument that federal employees are under no obligation to carry out Obama's executive order on amnesty. You can read it here:

If that is the case, then how about starting a legal defense fund for federal employees who stand their ground in refusing to carry out Obama's executive order. I'm sure many people would be glad to donate to such a fund.

Also, make it known to all federal employees that they will get free legal defense and urge them to refuse to obey the illegal executive order. Or better yet, why not get our GOP leaders to urge federal employees to not follow Obama's exeutive order on amnesty.
