Remove all illegals, end chain migration (family reunification), reduce legal immigration, including refugees, and this conversation doesn't happen. Reduce the low wage employee pool and wages will rise naturally.

I agree, get rid of the illegals - and their off springs.
Put a moratorium on any immigration - with some very few exceptions.
Stop the H1B program and those programs.
If, and I say if, we need temporary agricultural workers - make them just that - temporary. Make the employers foot the bill and be responsible.
I'm trying to understand what minimum wage has to do with recession. Maybe someone can enlighten me.
