[Watch] Megyn Kelly – Obama and Geithner Political Payback, Retaliation Suit Alleged

Posted on 18 April, 2014 by Rick Wells

There was a time when charges of government retaliation were treated as implausible ravings, that the federal government would never stoop to petty retaliation. The B. Hussein Obama administration has changed all of that. Their willingness to abuse their office for political gain as well as retaliation may have played a role in a recent opinion issued in favor of their opponent in one of their lawsuits.
The credit rating agency Standard and Poors is claiming retaliation and a harassment lawsuit against them for fraud on the part of the administration. The Department of Justice, under Eric Holder, had not surprisingly already determined that there was no evidence of retaliation by his boss’s administration. This judge did not share that viewpoint.
Judge David Carter has just ruled that “evidence of discriminatory intent is circumstantial but sufficient.” S & P will now get access to federal documents which include a conversation between former Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and the CEO of the parent company of S & P.

S & P claims that the only difference between their situation and that of two of their competitors who were not sued was the fact that S & P downgraded the U.S. credit rating and the other two did not. The downgrade proved to be a correct assessment of the credit worthiness of the U.S.
Obama crony Warren Buffett is heavily involved with Moody’s, one of those competitors who played ball under the Obama rules and was left alone.
It is also questioned as to why the lawsuit is directed at S & P and not at the banks which were the source of the lending which created or at least helped to fuel the financial crisis. S & P merely reported their findings.
Everything the Obama regime touches seems tainted; this latest scandal appears to have only just begun to unravel.
