This February 18th is the national day of remembrance for software engineers who have resorted to KILLING THEMSELVES from the cruel and vicious policies of the US Government.

On this day Stack, after years of dispossession and poverty fighting the incredible IRS rules which prevented him from going into business for himself, and failing to be able to provide for his family, drove his plane into a IRS building.

Similarly Kevin Flannagan drove his car into the Bank of America parking lot after being replaced by Indians who were dumb but worked for pennies on the dollar. He blew his brains out.
Since 1995 America has imported 3.5 million H-1B visa holders, mostly Indians and Chinese, for the 4.5 million software jobs.

American software engineers face a market of 80% unemployment with countless millions of scab workers with fake degrees willing to work for pennies on the dollar from other countries. The visa requires a 4 year degree but many simply have 2 week certificates and trumped up resumes. Six thousand unaccredited universities which were more like rooms above the curry den sprung up around Bombay to meet the demand.

Around the same time the IRS published their ONLY RULE against a profession stating that software engineers have NO RIGHT to work for themselves.

Please spread the word on this GENOCIDE of the American software engineer far and wide. I predicted that NO COUNTRY WHICH MURDERS ITS BEST AND BRIGHTEST can survive. Our economic collapse proves I was right.

Here is just one example of the tricks they use to get around our already weak visa laws. This maneuver, btw, is amazingly illegal but that has never stopped any of them. Their name for this attitude is "chalta hai" - whatever corner-cutting it takes to get around whatever obstacle you encounter.

I wife dont have engineering background (she is having Bcom and BA honors). Her company initially wants to file her H1b as a QA Engineer but later after the degree evalution results, they decided to file her H1B as a "Business QA Analyst" and they told my wife that there will be 2 offer letters: one for USCIS ( (title: Business QA Analyst)) and one for my wife (QA Engineer).

They said for internal use, we will hire you as a QA Engineer but for USCIS its Business QA Analyst, is this okie ?

Also, its not a consulting company. It an american company with $100M in funding and overall 500 employees in USA, Not sure why they want to do such thing ?

Is it okie to say them YES ?

Also degree evaluation shows that she is having an equivalent to a four-year U.S. Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Business Administration from a regionally accredited college or university in the United States. I guess for Business QA Analyst, a 4 yrs BA degree with major in Business Administration should be okie, at-least thats what lawyer says.

This whole deal makes me SO mad. Our government is helping companies put Americans out of work, and it has been going on for YEARS. (It won't show the smilie I want, but you all remember the one? Imagine about 3 of them here!)
