    Idea: No more work visas or legal immigration until we have achieved 93% border/port security/

    I have'nt thought this through too thoroughly because it just occurred to me. But, would that flush some of the big money to helping finance a secure border plan? Probably would take some congresspeople to take it up with them, then open negotiation? Wonder what the Adelson's, Zuckerburg's, (A to Z incl. ), and the C of C would think of that?
