    Kennedy is on the Senate floor right now, using his last 17 minutes before the Coburn Amendment is voted on, before the Cloture. He just said that he wants the Border Patrol agents to do more than guard the landscapers crossing over. He wants the BP to catch the criminals.

    How can Kennedy say this when two BP agents, Ramos and Campion, are in federal prison for stopping a known drug runner?

    How can he continue to double-speak over and over again?
