There are answers out there, for most farming businesses, anyway. They will never get completely away from labor dependence but progress throughout the entire industry is readily attainable. How are you gonna keep em (IA's) down on the farm after they've seen what the rest of the US has to offer? We don't need them taking our jobs in other industries.
