An Answer to Farmer's Wailing! (waah!)
They say that immigration restriction will irreparably destroy American agriculture. There would be plenty of labor but the farm labor has gone in search of other opportunities. Yet there are alternatives:
If you live in Washington or Oregon:

or if you are close to the Cental Valley, CA:

An American company that produces harvesting machines, even for easily damaged produce:

One of the biggies, a division of Fiat:

There are answers out there, for most farming businesses, anyway. They will never get completely away from labor dependence but progress throughout the entire industry is readily attainable. How are you gonna keep em (IA's) down on the farm after they've seen what the rest of the US has to offer? We don't need them taking our jobs in other industries."Men of low degree are vanity, Men of high degree are a lie. " David
