While your analysis of the financial market for cap and trade is interesting, I have to take issue with almost everything you say.

Global warming is real. Biofuels is the way to go, and will not cause enviromental destruction. In fact, the wave of the future is algae farms.

We need energy independance, and there is not enough coal, gas and hydro power in the USA to even begin to satisfy our long terms needs.
That means we have to become the world leader in alternative fuels technology, biodiesel, solar, wind, etc.

I've said the same thing. I say Nixon was N O T H I N G compared to Obama! So where is everybody? Then look at what Clinton went thru just for bad sex? I don't get HBO but I watched him when he was on cable. I also went and saw him on tour a couple of years ago.
