    The Congressman is proposing to discuss his new microchip Social Security card proposal and his bill to restart the Home Owners Loan Corp., as well as the proposed moratorium on earmarks. Border control and health insurance access are also on the agenda, and I expect you could bring up a subject of particular interest to you. Rep. Kirk promises also to have staff members on hand to answer constituent needs questions individually. I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity for input.
