    Bad Penny

    So is it dead or will it come back like a bad penny? Will they bring it back, or is it just senatorial BS?

    It's hard to say, patbrunz. It may be back, but personally I don't see McConnel or Reid backing down on the issue. McConnel wants a lot more amendments, but Reid doesn't. You heard Reid, he offered the Republicans 4-8 more amendments. That was a far cry from what they wanted. This bill could be dead, but than again..............

    Yeah we need to use this head of steam and public awarness to DEMAND ENFORCEMENT before we end up fighting another ridiculous bill.

    It's so sickening to hear the pro senators say things like, "If anyone has a better idea, let's hear it," when tens of millions of Americans have been telling them ENFORCE THE LAW!!

    It also makes me sick when I hear them say, "the immigration system is broken." Not it's not, it's just not being used. If the laws already on the books would have been enforced all these years instead of ignored, we wouldn't be in this mess!! They make me want to puke!!
