Barack Obama’s $7 BILLION Dollar African Money Laundering Scheme

Barack Obama’s $7 BILLION Dollar African Money Laundering Scheme

What better way to hide billions of dollars in political kickbacks than to send it to African despots who will be more than happy to hide and later distribute those funds to globalist organizations cozy with Obama Inc.

Obama pledges $7 billion to upgrade power in Africa

(CNN) – U.S. President Barack Obama pledged $7 billion Sunday to help combat frequent power blackouts in sub-Saharan Africa.

Funds from the initiative, dubbed Power Africa, will be distributed over the next
    five years.

…The preliminary setup will include Ethiopia, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria , Tanzania, Uganda and Mozambique.

…Obama’s announcement came during his trip to South Africa, the continent’s biggest economy. The visit is part of his three-nation trip that started in Senegal and will end in Tanzania this week. LINK

Ok, the headline appears innocent enough, if you discount the fact the U.S. is sending billions off to Africa for some dubious energy program – billions this country already cannot afford to spend. Forget that fact for now and focus instead on those countries listed as recipients of those billions of dollars:

Ethiopia, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria , Tanzania, Uganda and Mozambique

Ethiopia is a combination of centralized dictatorship and regional warlords where women are treated more as objects than citizens, and the media is largely controlled by the government. Barack Obama spoke in support of the nation’s twenty-year dictator, Meles Zenawi, who passed away this time last year. Zenawi was noted for his fast acting brutality against all opposition to his rule. His successor, Hailemariam Desalegn Boshe, appears to be following Zenawi’s example, though a significant power struggle continues in Ethiopia’s state government, as local warlords also work to strengthen their own power and influence.

Kenya’s long history of corruption and abusive government is well documented. Two previous rulers currently face charges of crimes against humanity for the rampant and bloody abuses of their government. It’s current and just elected president is Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta, son of Kenya’s very first president, Jomo Kenyatta, a man who assumed one party rule in that country in the 1960′s and maintained power there for nearly fifteen years.

Liberia too has a well documented history of rampant government brutality. It’s entire estimated 2012 GDP is a mere 1.735 billion dollars – which makes Barack Obama’s $7 billion dollar pledge to help Liberia and those other nations improve their electical grid, that much more remarkable – and suspect. One of its recent former presidents, Gyude Bryant, faced charges of embezzlement. Those charges were later, and mysteriously, dropped in 2010. His successor, a woman by the name of Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, is noted for her strong globalist beliefs. She has developed a government almost entirely dependent upon foreign aid and is a darling of the European socialist movement. Like Barack Obama, she was awarded a Nobel Peace Prize despite a growing record of attempting to aggressively silence any and all detractors of her government, and appointing high paying government positions to close family and friends.

Nigeria was until somewhat recently, ruled by military dictator General Sani Abacha, who in 1994, declared his government had “absolute power” over all Nigerians. This philosophy continues to be practiced by Nigerian rulers to this day. Its current president, a man by the name of Goodluck Jonathan, is himself a product of the former government of Umaru Musa Yar’Adua. Umaru died after a brief illness in 2010 and then Vice President Goodluck Jonathan, declared himself to have assumed all powers of the deceased president. Since that time, Jonathan as further consolidated his authority, causing further political protest and unrest within Nigeria.

Tanzania, Uganda, and Mozambique all follow similar stories. Governments rules by dictators and/or military juntas, well versed in shaking down and receiving funds from such organizations as the United Nations, with long histories of rampant corruption and human rights abuses.

These are the governments Barack Obama would send $7 billion dollars (which is above and beyond the billions he is already sending under the guise of foreign aid) via a newly formed organization called “Power Africa”.

And who then is behind Power Africa? Two of the more significant members of the donor list include the following:

General Electric: – The very same organization that has been an unyielding supporter of Barack Obama since Day One. Former parent company to Obama media support system, NBC and MSNBC, and has enjoyed billions in profits off of the energy policies of the Obama administration.

Heirs Holdings: – An African investment group chaired by a man named Tony O. Elumelu, a Nigerian economist and banker who is a member of the World Economic Forum and the Bretton Woods Committee – a very powerful globalist group.

So what then is Barack Obama really doing with this $7 billion dollar energy production donation to corrupt and abusive governments throughout Africa? As the title suggests, it is but another massive money laundering scheme. Call it one of the Obama Machine’s “retirement accounts” if you will. Barack Obama, and those around him who have invested in his rise to power, are now setting up the architecture for the global power structure to follow. It will all be in the name of helping those in need of course – be it new energy production, food assistance, healthcare, etc., it all points to what will soon be TRILLIONS of dollars passing through shadow governments via the globalist agenda, with Barack Obama as the face of this newly emerging global machine.

There will be international taxes imposed, strict restrictions on people of “First World” nations and how they go about living their lives. The foods they eat, the way they spend their recreational time, how much they are allowed to travel…it is all intended to fall under the umbrella of what is actually being represented by this false $7 billion dollar pledge to turn more lights on in Africa. A path leading to a desired outcome where ALL people throughout the world will be dependent on handouts given to them by these “humanitarian” global organizations. It is, quite literally, the path of Dominatus… -UM

If Africa builds more coal fired power plants the American coal miners can sell even more coal to Africa. http://www.alipac.us/f9/coal-industr...xports-281923/
