Biden Regime Seeks To Protect DACA, Dilutes National Sovereignty

In what seems to be the latest attempt of the Biden regime at dissolving the people and electing a new one, a sentiment the leaders of communist East Germany shared after the people dared to fight to claw back their freedoms, it was unveiled on Monday that a new rule would be implemented in order to preserve and protect the unconstitutional DACA program.
According to The Epoch Times, the rule that has been proposed would “preserve and fortify” the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, infamously known as DACA. This is apparently to be done by responding to a court ruling that the program was illegally created, which it is.
In a significantly belated but nonetheless welcoming ruling, U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen, surprisingly a Bush-43 nominee, decreed in July that such a program can only be initiated by the Executive branch only if Congress gave explicit authorization for it to do so.
The new rule proposal would also tack on further protections for those who came into America illegally. One of the more egregious ones allows illegal alien applicants to apply to remain lawbreakers without the need to even submit employment authorization documents. Even with these additional protections, it appears that DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas called for further action to flaunt the country’s immigration laws.
“The Biden-Harris administration continues to take action to protect dreamers and recognize their contributions to this country,” DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said in a statement. “This notice of proposed rulemaking is an important step to achieve that goal. However, only Congress can provide permanent protection. I support the inclusion of immigration reform in the reconciliation bill and urge Congress to act swiftly to provide dreamers the legal status they need and deserve.”

The Democrats are trying every dirty trick in the book to give millions upon millions of people citizenship who come in through the backdoor.

These people need to be deported...not rewarded. And where are their DAPA parents? They were ordered removed years ago. We are sick of this.
