Noe Aleman finally surrendered himself yesterday at 1:30 PM to US Marshals and is now sitting in jail.

If you're not familiar with his story, he was a 12 year veteran of the Border Patrol and he and his wife legally adopted his wife's 3 nieces. Unfortunately there was a typo on their immigration papers which Noe refiled to get fixed.

Immigration called him and told him to bring the girls in because the new visas were ready. When he showed up he was arrested and the three girls were taken into custody and deported to a Mexican orphanage. That's right. Deported to a Mexican orphanage! Even though the girls are still legally adopted by him and his wife to this day.

He was prosecuted by the infamous Johnny Sutton before Judge Kathleen Cardone, the same team that put Agents Ramos and Compean behind bars. He was convicted of harboring illegal aliens and sentenced to 6 months in jail.

They now stand to lose their house. Please head over to Noe Aleman's website to read more about this travesty of justice, Noe's official statement and pictures of the girls. Also spread the word and consider donating to his family which is facing dire straights at this point. They are facing a shortfall of about $1000 a month with him not being out and working. They are not looking to make a fortune.

I have met Noe face to face in Washington DC and interviewed him and worked with him on setting up his official website. I can assure you that nearly 100% of donations go straight to the Aleman family. Only about 2-3% is taken for credit card processing fees by PayPal.

Thank you for reading this and thanks from Noe in advance on any support you can give in helping him and his family, whether it is monetary or word of mouth.
