    Brown verified by me to be voting YES for cloture

    I am waiting from word from Voinovich's office.

    Usually when they don't know how they are going to vote at this late date or are going to get back to you means they will be voting against you.

    Certainly all of us know how we feel about this bill and how we would vote, yet those in charge don't?

    Update: Voinovich's office will not disclose how he will vote on cloture. His office will make a statement after the vote.
