The Obama Administration has implemented much of the DREAM Act amnesty by executive fiat. The new policy may conservatively cover as many as 800,000 - 1.4 million illegal aliens.


Tell the President and Congress:

• Congress is responsible for establishing immigration laws. For Obama to impose an amnesty that he could not get through Congress is undemocratic.
  
  
• Millions of Americans are unemployed. Issuing work permits to almost a million illegal immigrants worsens the plight of unemployed American citizens and legal immigrants.
  
  
• Each new amnesty scheme encourages more illegal immigration. We must enforce our immigration laws, not ignore them.
