    I read about that story in the newspaper. Yeah LA is screwed up...the laws there seem to favor the thugs.

    How do they figure they're independent of Spain? Don't the Mexicans speak Spanish?
    We're free from England and we speak English. But they should host their Independence day celebration in their own country. I can't imagine going to Mexico to celebrate the 4th of July. Yuck!

    All I can say is that it should not be allowed in public. Have your own celebrations either in Mexico or in your private home. We don't care to see them.

    When I lived in Ca, Mexicans did through parties in their own back yard
    with hundereds of people and live bands that lasted all night and when ever they wanted.
    Even though there was an ordinance, it got to the point where the "Code Enforcement" and the Sheriffs Dept, stopped doing anything about it.
