Just saw Senator Coburn on Cavuto

He is raving , He is scheming , he is dead serious about shutting
down this idiot lame duck session

One of the things he is planning is to make them read this bills , every last page and line in open session

He also had other tricks up his sleeve that he wouldn't go into , he didn't want to tip off ol Harry

We have friends and allies in the senate chamber , don't forget it

On a different note, when does the lame-duck session end and the new session begin?

It doesn't end or resume, it just ends. It's supposed to adjourn at the end of this week, but as has been stated, the official drop dead date is January 3rd of next year. They can't do squat after that day.

sounds like oklahoma could be a good place to be with him as senator
