Doesn't Costa Rica get to vote in USA elections, get USA social security for not working under the system, and can acquire USA tax dollar welfare?

How is that different from illegal aliens?

If mexico can't get an amnesty for their nation of FELONS, then some say they'll push for mexico being annexed into the USA as a state.

Though, if they do, it won't be pretty what they receive in return for their lack of contribution to the USA as 2nd class citizen FELONS from one nation.

GR, I believe that it is Puerto Rico that is able to vote. Here is a recent thread about Puerto Rico and the attempts to give them statehood.
