    Yes, well said sugarhighwolf.

I wasn't attempting to be racist with my comments....just telling it how it is.

El Paso by the way has also been awarded the title of the "sweatiest" city.
    AND....
Fact: as of 2003 36% of El Pasoans lack basic prose literacy skills and it's highly likely that this percentage has increased in the last 7 years (http://nces.ed.gov/NAAL/estimates/StateEstima ...)

Fact: El Paso has a higher teenage pregnancy rate than the entire state of Texas (http://www.elpasotimes.com/ci_13220276 )
Nationally, the birth rate is about 41 per 1,000 teen girls. In Texas the rate is 63 per 1,000. El Paso's rate is even higher, about 72 per 1,000 teen girls.

And as of June of this year: El Paso is one of the least patriotic cities in the country according to Men's Health Magazine.

This is all a direct result of El Paso having been invaded. I know that El Paso IS Patriotic....we are amid several military bases and certainly there is plenty of patriotism there and around them however, now days we see a whole lot of Mexican flags. Check out the size of this one:

Check out the facts about that flag:

    JUAREZ DISPLAYS NEW "MEGABANDERA"

by Jeff Barnet, Managing Editor, and Ana Maria Ruiz-Brown, Staff Writer

President Ernesto Zedillo and Chihuahua Governor Francisco Barrio were among the many dignitaries present in Juárez when a massive, new Mexican flag was unfurled in Chamizal Park June 24. The 162-foot-by-93-foot flag--known as the "Megabandera"--flies on a pole measuring 339 feet in height and weighing 110 tons. It can be seen from all points in the city of Juárez. Also, since Chamizal Park lies next to El Paso along the entrance to the Bridge of the Americas, the megabandera can also be seen by tens of thousands of Texans.

Nearly 2,000 members of the Mexican Army and 250 escorts from local schools participated in what the Diario de Juárez called "an emotional ceremony." Tens of cadets were needed to raise the flag. President Zedillo remarked, "From now on, this flag will wave here, in the Chamizal, symbolizing the triumph of the law. Mexico is a champion of legitimate interests and is prepared to defend human rights and the dignity of its people, wherever they may live. May everyone of you find inspiration and strength in the colors of the flag and our national symbol--and may those who live along our border always remember the unity with which we defend our independence and the freedom to forge our own destiny. This border will always honor our unity, our nationality, and our loyalty to our country."

Governor Barrio added that the megabandera is "a very appropriate symbol for the city of Juárez." Ramón Galindo, mayor of Ciudad Juárez, was not invited to be among the dignitaries on the presidium because, he said, "the army wanted it to be its event," but he expressed his pleasure in the "very patriotic event" and noted that, most importantly, "this was done for Juárez."

Several unexpected problems with the new monument occured shortly after the ceremony. On June 28, one of the eight 1500-watt reflectors which illuminate the megabandera was destroyed by vandals. On July 3, the flag pole was defaced by graffiti. Mayor Galindo then assigned two police officers to watch the plaza. That same day, Mexican army soldiers noticed that strong winds had damaged the lower corner of the flag. On July 7, they removed the flag in order to repair it, and said they planned to take the flag down on windy days. Two more megabanderas were ordered, bringing the total on hand to four.

The El Paso Times was quickly inundated with letters from Texans and New Mexicans who both criticized and defended Mexico's choice to raise the megabandera where it could be seen from all over El Paso. While many people urged tolerance and understanding, and even pointed out that the flag represented positive attention for Juárez and an opportunity for everyone to reflect upon the multicultural heritage of the border and the value of patriotism in general, many others were outraged and suggested that El Paso counter with a similar flag. Several readers suggested a "huge lighted Lone Star flag" on the Franklin Mountains. Retired U.S. Army Colonel Raul A. Garibay went so far as to organize funding for a giant, illuminated U.S. flag to be installed on Scenic Drive "where it can be seen by 80 percent of the people of El Paso and by everyone in Mexico." Col. Garibay deposited the first $100 in the "Flagpole USA" account and invited similar-minded people to call him at his home phone number.

It's obvious that the person who wrote it is not the same as the person who's "signature" is written at the bottom. Not only is the abbreviation for USMC wrong, the language in the email is indicative of someone who is not a native English speaker. It's just some La Raza or Mecha idiot hiding behind someone else's name, and what's worse, attempting to tarnish the good name of the USMC by trying to connect such drivel as they wrote in their email to the USMC.

Obama needs to do what's wrong for America; Amnesty to the hard-pushing
undocumented citizens will bring out to the open the greatest welfare-force this
    country ever had.

The off-springs of those hard working slaves that came
here traded by their own people have grown much too lazy once freed and given free money for doing nothing. The other illegal that came later on from Mexico and other Latin countries have grown lazy as well. They want the government to give them
everything free just because they were borne here. The *new*, mostly Hispanic
undocumented citizens work harder, live longer, are uglier looking and are
dumber that any of the other groups that came before... hence little actually evolvement to an intelligent species that could eventually rival the government one day.

Listen to me you educamated provocateur on the front lines, they are the
most courageous and fearless fighter's this country have ever seen. As an
American you should thank the lord that they will soon receive the full
    welfare they don't deserve.

Swallow your pride and accept reality. Your illegal beggars next door needs you.

    Captain Roland B. Harrison (U.S.MC)
Fixed. Found a few grammatical errors and standard misstypes.

After having taken a bit of a break from some very busy times, and knowing the dreamers did not get what they want, I have to put my two cents worth about this goofy email.

It is just a dreamer, masking him or herself as the "all-American" guy, in order to make it seem that other Americans are "accepting" the fact that illegals will gain amnesty. In other words, this person would like it to sound as though it is a lost cause to keep up our battle to maintain this nation for it's citizens, and for those who follow the LAWS to come here.

Are the illegals hard working? Sure, but so are Americans. I have seen equally lazy illegals as I have Americans. They do not have any special abilities above anyone else, with the exception of the ability to lie, cheat and steal their way into anything they believe they are entitled to have.

We know we are going to defeat them in this, and time and again we have shown that. Why? Because although most of the DC elite would lead the illegals and their handlers, and other special interest groups, to believe they will get what they want, the DC elite know who really runs the show, and it is not them, so they bow to that in the end. As well, sheer numbers of voters over illegals is the winning element. Our voices out number them and no matter how much they march, rally, demand and whine, they will not get anything out of the American people. We have shown before, we will not be pushed around (1776, 1812, 1940......), and nothing has changed, a true Marine would know that, and be proud of that, so I DOUBT HIGHLY this was anyone who was ever a Marine.

However, it is something for entertainment purposes, something to give us all a good laugh. We need that once in a while .
