    What propaganda BS.

Did you see the protest video? I have never seen so many anchor babies in one march before.
We can't deport them all ? Just think of the fun we could have trying!

Actually, I'm really glad I viewed this - for one simple reason.

In the video, the guy named Mauro, says something like this:
"...The waiting line is SO long, that it takes <x> number of years to come into the country through the proper channels...."

    Which got me thinking...

a). We already receive the greatest number of LEGAL immigrants in the world
b). We take about as many ILLEGAL immigrants as we do LEGAL ones (some people say the number is greater, the recent trends would tend to reinforce this contention)

    Therefore...

The waiting lines are SO LONG - because there are SO MANY people in them! Sure, we could reduce the wait time if fewer people were in those lines. But, since entry into the US is seen throughout most of the world as a 'right', not a privilege, few people will be willing to stand up and say 'well, maybe I shouldn't be the one to get entry, but someone else should instead'. Or, stated another way, there are just too many people trying to get here and we have to have an orderly and LEGAL way to select those most likely to benefit US society and economy as a condition of entry.

The people in the video seem happily oblivious to this fact.
