FOX Anchor: Ted Cruz Supporter Started Attacks on Melania Trump (VIDEO)

FOX Business Network anchor Dagen McDowell reminded viewers today that it was a Ted Cruz supporter who started the attacks on Melania Trump back in March on FOX Business Network.

McDowell was a panelist on Outnumbered on Friday:

Dagen McDowell: A Cruz supporter started this stuff about Melania. Andrea McWilliams was on with Neil Cavuto in the first week of March talking about Melania saying, “This will be the first First Lady to pose nude, the first First Lady who’s a third wife.”

She’s right–


In March, Cruz supporter Andrea McWilliams, a Texas-based lobbyist, trashed Melania Trump on the Neil Cavuto Show.

“If Donald trump is elected, Mrs. Trump will be the first first lady that has ever posed nude; the first first lady that’s the third wife [of the president]; and the first foreign-born first lady in this century.”

And before that, top Cruz supporter Glenn Beck attacked Melania Trump as a “lesbian porno model” last summer.

Not sure why they've got their panties in a bunch over Melania being foreign-born when Ted Cruz is foreign-born.

It was great to see Neil Cavuto and Allen West take a dim view of these types of attacks. Thank you both.

Though a month old, nice insightful interviews with Melania - shows an intelligent and likable personality along with her physical attractiveness that comes with a being a high fashion model.

Melania is so lovely. She'll be a beautiful, gracious, kind, strong, hard-working First Lady. She's very involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. I think the Trump's will do spectacular events at the White House. They will make it a people's house again. And I think Trump will figure out a way to build that ballroom he wants so people don't have to be outside under tents when they have large events. It would be a truly lovely addition. In 2008, he offered to pay for it himself if Obama would let him do it. Obama never returned the call. It is a nice idea. He would build it to match and be a great expansion. Need good architects to do such a thing and he knows the best ones.

GOP frontrunner Donald Trump suggested at least two times during his interview on ABC’s This Week that Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)

bought the rights to the partially nude G.Q. photo of Melania Trump that appeared in an ad, which started the Twitter war between the two GOP presidential candidates last week.

Trump charged about Cruz:

He’s the one that started it. From what I hear, he and his campaign went out and bought the cover shoot. Melania did a cover shoot for GQ, a very strong modeling picture. No big deal. But it was a cover shoot for GQ, a big magazine. And it was, you know, fine and, if from what I hear, he was the one, or his campaign bought the rights and give it to the super PAC. That super PAC is friendly to Ted Cruz. He started it. I didn’t.

Trump was also questioned about a retweet of an unflattering picture of Heidi Cruz next to Melania, which Trump posted after blasting Cruz for the ad against Melania.

Well, it was a retweet somebody sent to me. It was a retweet. Look, what he did was far worse. He takes out a thing and sends it to Utah, the voters of Utah. It was a cover shoot. It was, by a big magazine. She was a very, very successful model. Big model. Did lots of shoots, cover shoots. To send it like it was a bad picture was disgusting to me. They make me like the bad guy here. I’m just responding to what he does. I respond. I counter punch. I’m responding to what he does. The press likes to make me the bad guy.

Trump then repeated the allegation that Cruz bought the rights to the G.Q. photo, saying, “He’s the one that started it. He knew about the picture. He may have even bought the rights to the picture, meaning his campaign. The super PAC had it. He’s close to the super PAC. I didn’t start this. He did.”

Mair’s Anti-Trump Super PAC Has Same Mailing Address as Carly Fiorina’s Campaign

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Consultant Liz Mair’s controversial anti-Donald Trump super PAC shares a mailing address with Carly Fiorina’s presidential campaign, which just re-launched as a nonprofit.

Fiorina is a Sen.Ted Cruz (R-TX) supporter.


Mair’s PAC Make America Awesome is under fire after it ran a sexist advertisement in Utah featuring Trump’s wife Melania, a model, posing nude. The ad encouraged people to vote for Ted Cruz. Mair is open about the fact that she is helping to boost Cruz, though Cruz has denied involvement with the ad.
But how does Make America Awesome make money?


According to the PAC’s most recent report, filed on February 29, 2016, the group listed only seven donors as having given $200 or more, including consultant Juleana Glover, a former George W. Bush and Bill Kristol employee who now works for Teneo Holdings, an advisory firm linked to Bill Clinton.


The PAC takes money in envelopes at a PO box in Alexandra, Virginia.


“If you would like to donate by mail, send checks to: Make America Awesome PO Box 26141 Alexandria, VA 22313,” the PAC’s website states.


The PAC’s Facebook page also lists its address as “PO Box 26141” in “Alexandria, Virginia.”


That PO box also happens to be the mailing address for Carly for America, which was Fiorina’s presidential campaign and just re-launched as a nonprofit organization.


Carly for America was still listed at PO Box 26141 in Alexandria at the time of its last monthly FEC filing on March 20, 2016, according to the Federal Election Commission.


Carly for America Committee listed PO Box 26141 in Alexandria on its FEC public disclosure form on February 26, 2015.


Fiorina sent out an email on March 23 announcing that Carly for America is back, and will help to elect “consevative candidates.” Fiorina has endorsed Ted Cruz.
Fiorina said in her re-launch email:

First, we will identify principled conservative candidates from outside the political class, who aren’t afraid of a fight and aren’t afraid to shake up the status quo—and we will introduce them to the American people. Second, we will give them the critical boost they need to win: by campaigning with them, supporting them, and fundraising for them. Anything we can do to make sure they have all the resources they need to amplify their voices, bypass the media and the establishment, and win over voters.

Mair did not return requests for comment for this report.
