Judge Curiel is a member of La Raza Lawyers of California (the Latino Bar Association of California). This organization has been at the forefront defending Obama’s invasion of our borders. On July 2nd, 2014, one of its members, a San Diego attorney Victor Torres, not only said that the thousands of illegals flooding into the United States from Central America “are all Americans too”, but he boldly STATED that they are not illegal aliens.

Major conflict of interest! His group also announced a boycott of all Trump businesses in 2015.

Someone should ask Megan Kelly, if she was the defense lawyer for a client who was an active member in the community promoting the deportation of Mexicans who have entered our country illegally, and a potential juror was known for protecting illegal aliens and legalizing them, would she not take one of her preemptive strikes to disqualify that potential juror?

Someone should also ask Megyn Kelly if she was a defense attorney and a Judge thought more of political issues such as an election and pandering to a candidate-hating news organization like the Washington Post wanted a document dump of sealed court documents floating around on the internet for all to see if she would consider that a contamination of the jury pool, a violation of the Rules of Evidence upon which actual trials are based, and doing so in such a flurry to accommodate the political issues, failed to protect the personal information contained in the document dump with redaction an obvious case of judiciary misconduct and bias against the defendant?

But the truth is the organization in question is fostering and promoting illegal immigration! It does a lot more than promote Hispanic lawyers and judges!

”Ham-handed though he may have been, Donald Trump may have a point about the biases of Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who is hearing the class action lawsuit against Trump University. The jurist is reportedly a lifetime member of the California La Raza Lawyers, a group the major media assures us has nothing at all to do with the group whose name it adapted, the National Council of La Raza. (Apparently it is just a coincidence they chose a name loosely resembling that of NCLR. A group that called itself the Ku Klux Klan Lawyers of California somehow might not receive similar immunity, I believe, but that’s just me.)

So how radical are the California La Raza Lawyers? Brandon Darby of Breitbart looks into the words of the man listed as its first cofounder:”

The article goes on to reveal what Megan Kelly suspiciously avoids telling her listen audience, not to mention she also plays fast and loose with the facts about Judge Curiel as would a paid spokesman for the Judge.
