Growing Chorus Charging Obama With Facilitating Immigrant Influx

Lawmakers and law enforcement agencies accuse admin. of deliberately weakening U.S. immigration law

As the nation’s resources strain to accommodate the massive influx of illegal immigrants breaching the southern border from Central America, a great many believe the surge to be, not a sporadic “humanitarian crisis,” but a carefully concocted, premeditated plan, purposely set in motion by the Obama administration.

While the White House blames violence in Central America for some 52,000 unaccompanied minors crossing the border just this year, others see the administration’s inaction as suspect, with many claiming the government’s refusal to enforce its own laws, in addition to its practice of releasing illegal immigrants “in the interior,” deliberately subverts U.S. immigration laws.

Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions Calls Immigrant Flood an Obama “campaign to dismantle immigration enforcement”

Staunch immigration critic Sen. Jeff Sessions labeled the flood “a completely preventable humanitarian crisis” in a piece earlier this month, calling the Obama administration’s refusal to enforce the law a “sustained and deliberate campaign to dismantle immigration enforcement.”
“This crisis is a direct and predictable result of the President’s sustained and deliberate campaign to dismantle immigration enforcement. His administration has announced to the world that our nation’s immigration laws will not be enforced and that, in particular, they will not be applied to foreign youth,” Sen. Sessions wrote.
“The world has heard and heeded the President’s message. A wave of illegal immigration has overwhelmed authorities, producing a completely preventable humanitarian crisis—and further diminishing the integrity of our national borders. And there is but one way for the crisis to end: for the President of the United States to declare to the world: ‘Do not attempt to come here illegally. Our border is no longer open. Our laws will be enforced.’”
Sessions went on: “Unfortunately, the President remains committed to escalating—rather than ending—the lawlessness. It therefore falls on the shoulders of Republicans alone to make the case for new leadership that will restore America’s borders. Republicans are the last line of defense for the American worker. They are the last bulwark for the rule of law.”

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer Labels Overload a “crisis of the federal government’s creation”

The governor of Arizona, one of the border states most afflicted by the surge, said earlier this month that she was “disturbed and outraged” to learn that CBP and ICE were “dumping” illegal immigrants off in her state.
“I am disturbed and outraged that President Obama’s administration continues to implement this dangerous and inhumane policy, meanwhile neglecting to answer crucial questions our citizens demand and deserve,” Brewer said in a statement.
“This is a crisis of the federal government’s creation, and the fact that the border remains unsecure – now apparently intentionally – while this operation continues full-steam ahead is deplorable.”
In 2012, Gov. Brewer moved to block so-called “DREAMers” from being issued driver’s licenses and other public benefits, including state-subsidized child care and health insurance, after the Obama administration passed the new Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.

Speaker of the House: Crisis “of the administration’s own making”

While House Speaker John Boehner has been accused of being too cozy with the current administration for the GOP’s own good, Boehner has tried to prove he abides by party lines by pinning the border disaster squarely on the Obama administration, and most recently by filing a lawsuit claiming the president has “not faithfully executed the laws.”
“We’re seeing a humanitarian disaster, one of the administration’s own making,” Boehner said earlier this month. “The administration’s actions only serve to encourage more illegal crossings. It’s another situation that appears to have caught the administration flat-footed.”
Yesterday the Speaker announced he was appointing a “working group” to address the immigrant surge. “The president has allowed a national security and humanitarian crisis to develop on the U.S. southern border. There are two imperatives here: protect those children and secure our border.”
“The president has failed to take the necessary steps to address this crisis..”

Arizona State Rep.: This is “what occurs when the Obama Administration chooses not to enforce our laws”
Earlier this month, an Arizona congressman issued a press release calling for the impeachment of US Attorney General Eric Holder for the federal government’s role in facilitating “illegal immigrant smuggling.”
“Flooding our streets with illegal aliens who are being abandoned without resources is not just inhumane and cruel, it is a crime and federal law bans alien smuggling,” the Rep. said in a press release. “This is the most lawless administration in the history of this great country and Eric Holder should have resigned or been fired a long time ago.”
In another press release last week, following a visit to Arizona detention facilities from several lawmakers, Rep. Gosar wrote, “We are witnessing the tragic consequences of what occurs when the Obama Administration chooses not to enforce our laws. Last week I called for the Administration to immediately terminate their flawed alien smuggling policy, to respond to pointed questions about Homeland Security’s actions, to secure the border and to stop giving amnesty to illegal aliens.”
He added, “This Administration becomes more lawless by the day and I demand compliance with the rule of law in addition to responses to my questions.”

Texas Judge: Government has Simply Chosen Not to Enforce Border Laws
Late last year, a U.S. district court judge from South Texas issued an opinion rebuking the federal government for its part in aiding illegal criminal conspiracies, after feds stepped in to reunite an El Salvadoran mother, who was in the country illegally, with her daughter, even after the mother had hired smugglers to bring her daughter to the U.S.
Border agents captured the smuggler, who had previously committed food stamp fraud, and the woman’s daughter, detaining them both after a birth certificate presented was deemed to be fraudulent.
“Despite this setback, the goal of the conspiracy was completed thanks to the actions of the United States Government,” Judge Andrew S. Hanen of Brownsville, Texas, wrote in regards to the case. “This Court is quite concerned with the apparent policy of the Department of Homeland Security (hereinafter ‘DHS’) of completing the criminal mission of individuals who are violating the border security of the United States.”
“..[I]nstead of arresting Salmeron Santos [the mother] for instigating the conspiracy to violate our border security laws, the DHS delivered the child to her — thus successfully completing the mission of the criminal conspiracy. It did not arrest her. It did not prosecute her. It did not even initiate deportation proceedings for her. The DHS policy is a dangerous course of action.”
“The DHS, instead of enforcing our border security laws, actually assisted the criminal conspiracy in completing its illegal goals,” Hanen wrote. “In summary, instead of enforcing the laws of the United States, the Government took direct steps to help the individuals who violated it. A private citizen would, and should, be prosecuted for this conduct.”
“The DHS has simply chosen not to enforce the United States’ border security laws,” the district court judge penned.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio: Obama’s Dumping of Illegals “intentional”

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio bluntly told The Washington Times last week, “The White House is incompetent and the dumping of illegals is intentional.”
Arpaio claimed illegals were being dumped in his county as a direct “affront” in response to the sheriff’s persistent opposition to Obama’s policies.
“You’re trying to tell me that we can’t control the illegal immigration coming into our country?” Arpaio stated.
“Why are they hiding these kids from the media?” Arpaio said of the administration’s decision to block the press from detention facilities. “Well, I think I have a theory here. I don’t think they’re all young kids. I would bet there are 16-, 17-year-olds. How do we know they’re not members of a gang coming across?”

National Association of Former Border Patrol Officers Claims Influx ‘Predictable, Orchestrated’

The National Association of Former Border Patrol Officers, an organization made up of “advocates for immigration laws and policies,” asserted earlier this month the Obama administration’s release of illegal immigrants was a “predictable, orchestrated and contrived assault..”
“This is not a humanitarian crisis. It is a predictable, orchestrated and contrived assault on the compassionate side of Americans by her political leaders that knowingly puts minor illegal alien children at risk for purely political purposes,” the association wrote.
“Certainly, we are not gullible enough to believe that thousands of unaccompanied minor Central American children came to America without the encouragement, aid and assistance of the United States government.
“Anyone that has taken two six- to seven-year-old children to an amusement park can only imagine the problems associated with bringing thousands of unaccompanied children that age up through Mexico and into the United States.”

National Border Patrol Council: Obama Creating “De facto amnesty”

Last week, the head of NBPC Local 1929 also told Breitbart Texas the Obama administration’s reluctance to deport illegal aliens had in effect authorized “de facto amnesty.”
“This situation is de facto amnesty. The word has gotten out that we will simply release people into the US if enough of them come at once. The result is that they are doing it,” NBPC Local 1929 vice president Stu Harris said.
“The reality is that we all saw this coming from more than a year ago. We have been sounding the alarm for at least a year.
“Our guys risk their lives. The people who are turning themselves in now, are people who would have tried to avoid us and would have been running away from us when they crossed illegally.
“Now these same people want to find border patrol agents and turn themselves in. That really says something,” Harris told Breitbart.

Border Agent: Obama Admin. Ignoring Issue “to let as many illegal aliens” in as possible
In a letter submitted to Infowars, a Border Patrol agent claimed orders from above forcing his agency to release immigrants inside the U.S. basically equated to “de facto amnesty.”
“This is de facto amnesty,” the agent, whose identity was withheld to protect him from reprisal, said. “The President and the Secretary of Homeland Security will ignore this issue as long as possible in order to let as many illegal aliens gain entry into the United States.”

ICE Union Boss: DHS “essentially prohibited its agents from enforcing” immigration law
Before the recent Central American immigrant surge grabbed headlines, Immigration and Customs Enforcement union boss Chris Crane was warning about the administration’s lawlessness and the “nation’s broken immigration system.”
“ICE has essentially prohibited its agents from enforcing” immigration law, Crane stated at a House Judiciary Committee hearing last year.
“What message do ICE practices send to the world?” Crane asked. “The message is: ‘We don’t enforce our laws, come on over, and if you do get caught, just lie to us. Lie about the day and year you entered, lie about going to high school, you won’t be required to prove anything.’
“Without investigation, without requiring the alien to provide a diploma or a transcript, the alien will simply be released under DACA [deferred action for childhood arrivals] without first proving he even qualifies for it.”
Whether an “open border” policy has been adopted as a further attempt to plunge the nation into economic insolvency, or whether the Obama administration genuinely believes immigrants are evading violent circumstances, it’s apparent more lawmakers and law enforcement agents are viewing the administration’s lack of response as a clear indication it perceives itself to be above the law.

"OOKaay, doe it bother anybody else that the mime is talking." We knew without everyone telling us who exacerbated this problem, then compounded it yet again. Now after nearly a month would someone with authority to lead give up the solution? We have had committee hearing, congressman visiting the border, some Boehner special committee appointed, etc, etc, and all of the nation blaming one guy.

Congress had 28 years to enact a solution, but not a damned one of them have suggested a solution in 28 years, worse even in the last month. They had 28 years and were not prepared. I remind that many of them have been there for the entire 28 years, that is a helluva long committee meeting, so this special committee is going to solve it, then the others will argue for 28 more years, and the country will need no Congress, a nation without borders seldom does. I despise people who criticize others without including their own inventory!

Pass a deportation bill with teeth in it
    Give it 6 months
Evaluate the effectiveness of a brutally clear law
If not effective, end it militarily

Here is the reason I do not vote for clowns called Republicans and Democrats:
That is more planning than Congress has proposed in 28 years, they cannot deny it!
