Thread: Harboring Fugitives from Justice ?

Obama won't close the boarders. If he won't close the boarders, illegal immigrants cross into the United States, becomming a fugitive from the law in the process. So he is protecting those fugitives until, he hopes, amnesty is issued to those fugitives. If obama is protecting illegal immigrants, isn't that "Harboring a fugitive from the law"? And obama is guilty of criminal activity. Right? I WOULD say impeach him, but first he would have to prove he was actually born in the USA and qualified to be the president by showing his Birth certificate !! And if(when) we prove he is not an American born citizen then he can not be called the President, therefore he can not be impeached but imprisoned and prosecuted. Is this close to being right? Wow!! I typed this mess and I lost myself! But you can get the" just" of it, right? BigMike

PS By not closing the border and securing them. Would he not also be facilitating the crime? Should he be considered an accesory to the crime? HHHmmmmm.

I Hope as much as possible is being recorded about what they are saying and doing in DC so we have plenty of documentation for their trials.
