    Here's a new phrase?

    Hispanic panic = That would be how a illegal feels the very second they realize an Ice agent is looking directly at them. (And smiling)
    Illegal, or unlawful, is used to describe something that is prohibited or not authorized by law

    At least a couple years old ,

    Its one of the words used to discribe people like McCain , Hillary
    Durbin , Kennedy and many others
