To say that "Subject to the jurisdiction thereof" only applies to the laws in our Nation is equivalent to saying they're not Illegal Aliens because they're not from another planet.

The 14th Amendment was never signed by Andrew Jackson, and so it wasn't properly ratified for starters, but read the information from the start or you'll never know the ending of how we have been abused.

I certainly didn't know anything about it 3 months ago and I'm sure a lot of others don't either.

Getting rid of the 14th will solve a whole host of other problems.

I'd like to hate the Begala guy but know nothing of him. However, when I found this video of him putting Meghan McCain in her place I have to say he's got some things right.

imho She is too young and ignorant to have a valid opinion and I resent her wasting our time with her interjection into our national dialogue. If her daddy wasn't who he is she would never have a prayer of anybody paying her any mind. If she wants to have a political career she needs to get much more education. She has nothing new to say and no special insights and I think I have an allergy to her getting all this media hype just because she can put two words together.

Russell Pearce I think, is being remarkable fair and restrained. I want all anchor babies deported going back 24 years and I know that I am not alone and I don't consider it too harsh in the least.
