Thread: If Ron Paul runs as an Independent....

How much support do you think he would get? I'm thinking a lot of Republicans who hate McCain would support him. I could be wrong. I certainly was wrong about McCain. I never, never would have predicted this.

I guess I'm just trying to hold onto some hope.

Thoughts?

Paul would definitely have my vote.

He's got my vote till he is out of the race or Lou Dobbs joins in

He would probably do about as well as he has in the primaries.

The pendulum is swinging, folks, and i think we're too few to stop it. Maybe if we let it swing far enough to the left, and fast enough to wake up the nation, we can salvage some of the America we used to know. For the last 16 years, though, we've been frogs in boiling water...

It really won't make much difference what he party affiliation he runs under because the media simply won't give him any air time to get his message out.

My greatest dream would be to see a Dobbs/Paul ticket. They are both on the same page on everything except free trade.

He's got support from all of these folks. I think he's taken over the Tancredo supporters.
