If You Build It, They Won't Come

If You Build It, They Won't Come

On Monday, the Supreme Court refused to take up the appeal lodged by environmental groups that focused on a two-mile stretch of border fence in the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area near Naco, Ariz. The fence, which has been built since the petition was filed, is a vital part of the Bush administration’s drive to secure the border between the United States and Mexico. The Supreme Court’s decision is a welcome and needed victory in the war against illegal immigration and efforts to preserve the unique character that is America.

The environmentalists based part of their challenge on claims the fence would harm the mating habits of two types of wildcats. To them, it is more important to allow wildcats to procreate than to control our borders and demand that everyone who comes here obey our laws. We must obey their laws. Google “Driving in Mexicoâ€

Republicans and Democrats — have been reluctant to offend Hispanic voters
Those same Hispanic voters are Americans (as those who are Hispanic not here legally cannot and should not be voting), so why would they be offended? It is not about race, but about the security of our nation, and it is all our nation, including Hispanic-Americans, and I would think it was equally important to them, as it is to me.

The big picture is globalization, and this cannot be accomplished until countries lose their identity. This is what we're fighting. We are trying to preserve our cultures and way of life, yet our politicians spend all their time seeing that we lose all that.

The "americans" of HISPANIC descent who are OFFENDED by the border fence are NOT Americans FIRST, they are HISPANICS first! I believe that ANYONE who puts being a member of his RACE or ETHNICITY AHEAD of being an AMERICAN simply CANNOT be an American! I recall an old saying that "a HYPHENATED American is NOT a REAL American!"

That was Teddy Roosevelt. He also said, "if someone wants to leave one foot in their former country, they can leave them both there." It was part of an amazing speach that he gave to a largely immigrant audience.
Serve Bush with his letter of resignation.

    See you at the signing!!
