Illegal Aliens Would Be Eligible for Affirmative Action

Another reason to oppose the amnesty bill. I just heard Ward Connerly (on the Mark Eisler radio show), and according to him, if this bill were to pass without an amendment addressing this issue, the formerly illegal aliens would be eligible for affirmative action. He said he hasn't heard the senators discussing or addressing this.

Any American objecting to seeing illegal aliens hired for a job might be subject to hate crimes legislation. This legislation is "guilty before proven innocent" if a Latino wants to accuse a White American of being racist against illegal Latinos. What Nifong pulled with the LaCrosse Team rape case would go on all over the US...

The attacks on immigrants here have been from the Kurdish Pride gang and hispanic on hispanic and kurds on hispanics. Nary a white person involved, but if course the real hate groups never point to their own being the culprit!

I think this needs to be spread around.
