    I have an opinion about this.

    When we held a rally and a counter proterster flipped us off, the cop pulled them out of the car and wrote them a ticket.

    Flipping someone off is not free speech, it's a lewd and indecent act.

    If you are going to act badly, you get what you get and I don't care which side you are on.

    They might have received a ticker, but if the protestor had the money to fight it I would be willing to bet that it would get thrown out on "Free Speech" grounds.

    The Constitution intentionally does not protect the quality and/or form of speech. That's why strip clubs can't be entirely legislated out of existance.
