Illegals should do time like others

First of all, I'm of Mexican descent (Spanish and Aztec Indian). I was born in the United States to Hispanic parents who were also born and raised in the United States.

Now that I've gotten my race issues out of the way, here's my question: If someone from Ohio moves to California and steals my Social Security number and starts using it to obtain credit and a job for him- or herself, we wouldn't send this person back to Ohio, would we? He or she would go to jail. So why are we sending people who are in the U.S. illegally back to their own country for using our Social Security numbers and messing up our credit? Shouldn't these people also be in jail? Are we telling the countries that these people come from that their country is worse than jail? If you do the crime, you should do the time.

Smart kid who wrote this article,wonder what name they will think up to call this kid since he/she is hispanic and still views id theft as a crime no matter who commits it.
