[Update on last week's article: The last Harry Potter book is being released and being purchased by many so-called Christians who also watch soap operas, James Bond movies, etc., even though they include immoral fornication. We should ask them, and ourselves, "What would Jesus say about that?" The answer is clear. Jesus would not approve, and as the watchmen in Ezekiel 33, we must warn the people about this.]
In my July 2 NewsWithViews.com column, I gave a specific example of how the power elite's dialectical process worked (a micro analysis). In this new article here, I'll look at the larger picture (macro analysis) of how a single incident or individual fits into the power elite's larger plan. To do this, I'll refer to Constance Cumbey's excellent June 17 NWV column http://www.newswithviews.com/Cuddy/dennis104.htm
regarding Javier Solana, Canada, and other elements.

As I've mentioned before, one of the primary power elitists was Cecil Rhodes, whose secret Society of the Elect was "to take the government of the whole world." Canadian P.E. Corbett was a member of this group, and in his Post-War Worlds (1942) described their plan to form a world government by linking regional arrangements which would involve trade, investment, distribution of food and raw materials, migration, etc. After World War II, Rhodes scholars packed the Canadian external affairs office of Lester Pearson, who probably had a great deal to do with President Truman's firing of U.S. General Douglas MacArthur. This is because MacArthur had displeased Canada (and Britain) by his efforts to win the Korean War. Thus, Canada has played an important role in the power elite's plans.

Constance Cumbey began her article by stating, "In March of 1995, there was a near shooting war. . . between Spain and Canada." She then referred to Solana's "BIG plans" involving "mutually advantageous trading terms over the area's resources leading to a Mediterranean Free Trade Zone by 2010." To accomplish this, the larger plan was to get rid of Yugoslavia's Serbian leader Slobodan Milosevic, who was standing in the way of linking the European Union's trade corridor to the power elite's desired Mediterranean regional arrangement because of his conflict with Croatia and Kosovo.

In Washington Post columnist William Raspberry's interview of me on the subject on December 18, 1995, he wrote: "Cuddy says he is tempted more and more to look for economic explanations for what seems otherwise inexplicable. . . . . Cuddy notes that the United States is now involved in negotiating a Transatlantic Free Trade Agreement with Europe." In early June 1995, Secretary of State Warren Christopher announced regarding the Transatlantic Free Trade Area: "We intend to give it the serious study it deserves, with its considerable potential to form an element of our overall strategy. . . . The long-term objective is the integration of the economies of North America and Europe, consistent with the World Trade Organization."

In Constance Cumbey's article, she referred to Solana chairing the "Transatlantic Alliance," and in my June 12, 2006 NWV column on "Global Integration," http://www.newswithviews.com/Cuddy/dennis68.htm
I spelled out the details of the "New Transatlantic Agenda," not only involving education (portability of academic credits, etc.) but the Agenda further stated that "governments too are obliged to adapt their economic training and social welfare programs."

In Raspberry's article, he also wrote: "Cuddy points out that Croatian president Franjo Tudjman, at last month's signing in Dayton, said he believed the agreements (regarding the Balkan conflict and involving NATO forces) would 'result in lasting peace and create conditions necessary for the establishment of a new international order in this part of the world.' That's tantalizingly close to the dreaded phrase 'new world order,' which has become something of a bugaboo for Cuddy." I replied to this by stating that on January 13, 1993, Senator Joe Biden had remarked: "The new administration faces two overarching imperatives. . . to foster the creation of a new world order. . . converting NATO into a military instrument for peacekeeping under UN or CSCE auspices."

This was part of the power elite's larger plan, but a pretext for NATO involvement in the Balkans had to be used. It was created in 1992 when the Carnegie Endowment report "Changing Our Ways: America's Role in the New World" (by Madeleine Albright, David Gergen, Admiral William Crowe, etc.) called for "a new principle of international relations: the destruction or displacement of groups of people within states can justify international intervention." The same year, another Carnegie publication, "Self-Determination in the New World Order," called for military intervention "when a self-determination claim triggers an armed conflict that becomes a humanitarian crisis. . . redefining the principle of noninterference in the internal affairs of states."

These two reports together virtually invited the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) to revolt against Milosevic. The Yugoslav leader's military response to the revolt led to NATO bombing of Yugoslavia in March 1999. However, Canadian Ambassador to Yugoslavia James Bissett in "We Created A Monster" (Toronto Globe and Mail, July 31, 2001) revealed that "long before the bombing, NATO countries were inciting violence in Kosovo and attempting to destabilize the Serbian province. . . . Media reports have revealed that as early as 1998, the Central Intelligence Agency, assisted by British Special Armed Forces, were arming and training Kosovo Liberation Army members in Albania to foment armed rebellion in Kosovo. The KLA terrorists were sent back into Kosovo to assassinate Serbian mayors, ambush Serbian policemen, and do everything possible to incite murder and chaos. . . . . After bombing Yugoslavia into submission, NATO then stood by and submissively allowed the KLA to murder, pillage, and burn."

Javier Solana, formerly a physics instructor in Virginia, had become the political head of NATO as part of the power elite's larger plan. He had been supported for this position by Rhodes scholars Bill Clinton, Strobe Talbott, and U.S.

Ambassador to Spain Richard Gardner, who had written in the CFR's Foreign Affairs (April 1974) about the desirability of "an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece-by-piece." Not long after Solana became political head of NATO, Rhodes Scholar General Wesley Clark was the military head of NATO from 1997 to 2000. This was during the time when NATO began bombing Yugoslav Serbians on March 24, 1999.

And who were NATO's allies in Kosovo? They were often radical Muslims supported by Osama bin Laden. Later, Solana would visit Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert shortly before the latter's final push against Hezbollah in Lebanon. Solana probably told him that European investments and loans in and to Israel would dry up unless Olmert backed off, which Olmert did. Why was this?

Solana, an agent of the power elite, was enforcing their larger plan of a Middle East regional economic arrangement via a dialectical process of synthesizing Israeli and Arab (Jewish and Muslim) interests. This, then, could be linked to the Mediterranean regional arrangement, which would be linked to the EU, which would be linked to the US via the Transatlantic Alliance, which would be linked to NAFTA, etc. Whether with Israel or other nations, the power elite uses facilitators (e.g., Solana) employing the Delphi Technique to identify, isolate, and ostracize recalcitrants who object to the synthesizing (compromising) process.

Confirming the power elite's plan was Zbigniew Brzezinski at Mikhail Gorbachev's first State of the World Forum in San Francisco in 1995 when he explained: "We cannot leap into world government through one quick step. . . . The precondition for eventual and genuine globalization is progressive regionalization because by that we move toward larger, more stable, more cooperative units."

In his article published in THE TAIPAI TIMES (February 21, 2006), CFR president Richard Haass (Rhodes scholar) wrote that "Globalization implies that sovereignty is not only becoming weaker in reality, but that it needs to become weaker….States must be prepared to cede some sovereignty to world bodies if the international system is to function….Necessity may also lead to reducing or even eliminating sovereignty when a government, whether from a lack of capacity or conscious policy, is unable to provide for the basic needs of its citizens." This could occur if a nation falls into chaos, and on NBC Nightly News, July 20, 2007, Haass said that Gen. Pervez Musharraf may soon fall from leadership in Pakistan. Haass said he hoped the Pakistani military (thesis) would compromise (synthesis) with the secular civilian leadership (antithesis) to take on the religious extremist Muslims in Waziristan of northwest Pakistan, which is becoming a haven for Al Qaeda. Is this the power elite's model---military and secular versus religious? Or does the power elite know the Muslim backlash to such action would throw the nation into chaos, requiring international intervention? The power elite goal of world government is often pursued by taking actions that create chaos (e.g., Yugoslavia, Iraq, etc.) to require or maintain foreign intervention, which undermines national sovereignty.

Waziristan is just west of Kashmir, something of an obsession with Madeleine Albright and her father Joseph Korbel. It's also the general area about which Rhodes Trust member Rudyard Kipling's THE MAN WHO WOULD BE KING was written (Kipling has swastikas on some of his early books). Furthermore, Waziristan is just south of China, a perfectly strategic place for international (e.g., U.S.) military presence or activity !

The power elite's plan, however, is larger than simply linking regional political and economic arrangements. It involves a spiritual dimension as well. Remember that in the Rockefeller Brothers Fund 1959 Special Studies Project panel report, "The Mid-Century Challenge to U.S. Foreign Policy," one reads: "We cannot escape, and indeed should welcome, the task of helping to shape a new world order in all its dimensions - spiritual, economic, political, social."

In Constance Cumbey's article, she referred to Canadian billionaire Maurice Strong's New Age connections (he's custodian of a group of New Age ashrams at "the Baca" in Colorado) and the World Service Intergroup (WSI) whose purpose is "to specifically assist the Externalization of the Hierarchy and the Reappearance of the Christ" (Maitreya). The larger plan in this regard is facilitated by the New Group of World Servers (NGWS) founded in 1925 by occultist Alice Bailey, who also founded Lucis Trust (formerly Lucifer Publishing), World Goodwill, the Arcane School, and Triangles.

In my November 6, 2006, NWV column "Religion and World Government, Part 3," I refer to NGWS listed members on their website including President Jimmy Carter's The Carter Center, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, as well as other prominent organizations.

To show how a specific individual fits into this larger plan, look at the example of Wayne Peterson. He was near the end of his graduating year in the early 1960s at the University of Wisconsin and on his way to lunch when he was stopped by David Rockefeller! Do you really think David Rockefeller has nothing better to do than hang around college cafeterias? (See his quote at the beginning of Part 27 of my "Mental Health, Education, and Social Control" http://www.newswithviews.com/Cuddy/dennis60.htm
NWV article.) Rockefeller asked Peterson if he'd be interested in joining the Peace Corps. Later, Peterson would be a director of the Fulbright scholarship program for the federal government. He would appear on "The Merv Griffin Show" and others promoting Maitreya, and on the Freedom Channel Radio, he revealed: "Gorbachev was one of the first to work with Maitreya. Gorbachev doesn't mind his name used publicly with Maitreya's emergence - seeing him as the reappeared Christ."

In early May 1990 Gorbachev also held a private meeting in Canada with one of the leading gurus of the New Age Movement, Sri Chinmoy. In Constance Cumbey's article, she referred to the World Service Intergroup as being "organized in 1995 by Gordon Davidson, husband of Corinne McLaughlin." Davidson worked for Lucis Trust for 4 years, and he worked with President Clinton's Council on Sustainable Development, which was part of the power elite's larger plan.

The year before Davidson organized the WSI, McLaughlin was coordinator for President Clinton's Council and she and Davidson co-authored Spiritual Politics (with a Foreward by the Dalai Lama) in which they "describe their concept of the Divine (including reincarnation and a transhuman 'Invisible Government' of spiritual guides) in the solemn tone of scholarly reportage." (Publishers Weekly, July 11, 1994) Also in her NWV article, Constance Cumbey referred to Davidson and McLaughlin as "organizers of the Sirius Community."

The larger picture shows their influence on the federal government. In the Spring 1992 edition of the Sirius Journal, one reads that "over 500 New Age spiritual groups in the (Washington, DC) area. . . do regular meditations to send Light to the city and its government; a new Government Employees Meditation Service coordinates weekly meditations in the Pentagon, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Department of Education, with new groups starting in other agencies . . . . Corinne leads some of the weekly meditations." In June 1998, Mary Ellen Withrow, Treasurer of the U.S. was keynote speaker at McLaughlin's "Spirituality at Work" conference sponsored by Davidson's and McLaughlin's Center for Visionary Leadership.

Constance Cumbey concluded her article referring to the New Age influence on Canadians Maurice Strong and former Prime Minister Paul Martin. The power elite's larger plan regarding spirituality involves a synthesis of all religions into "A Common Faith" (the title of humanist John Dewey's 1934 book). And prominent Canadians have played a significant part in the plan. Dorothy MacLean, formerly with British Intelligence, in the 1990s was president of the New Age Canadian Lorian Association.

The first head of the World Health Organization (WHO) was Canadian psychiatrist Brock Chisholm (1959 Humanist of the Year), who wrote in Psychiatry (February 1946): "We have swallowed all manner of poisonous certainties fed us by our parents, our Sunday and lay school teachers, our politicians, our priests. . . . the reinterpretation and eventual eradication of the concept of right and wrong which has been the basis of child training, the substitution of intelligent and rational thinking for faith in the certainties of old people, these are the belated objectives. . . for charting the changes in human behavior."

Just 3 months later, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation on May 5, 1946 aired a speech by Dr. Ewen Cameron, who would in 1953 become president of the American Psychiatric Association and later receive CIA funds to conduct horrible LSD and control experiments on people. In the speech titled "The Building of the Coming World Order," he declared: ". . . What we call morals, are simply the customs, prohibitions and rules which a society maintains at any given time. . . . What we have once set up, we can set up again, and better. . . .
The United Nations Organization deserves the support of all who are concerned with the building of a New World Order. . . . There can be only one education anywhere on earth and that is education for world citizenship."

Maurice Strong was former U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan's right-hand man. And long-time U.N. Assistant Secretary-General Robert Muller has based the curriculum for his many Robert Muller schools around the world on the underlying teachings of Luciferian Alice Bailey. Muller and former Canadian parliament member Douglas Roche in 1995 co-authored a book advocating a "common security agenda as the basis for a new world order." This was after Roche at the World Conference of Religion for Peace in Louvain, Belgium (August 28-September 3, 1974) delivered a report titled "We can achieve a New World Order," thus showing the power elite's larger plan to use religion to bring about their New World Order of a World Socialist Government and One World Religion.
