    Jim Gilchrist Sues Immigration Watchdog

    A Cornered Rat Will Attack

Jim Gilchrist is being sued for embezzling Minuteman Project funds. His trial date is set for May 27th . He is terrified of facing the financial paper trail in court so he is desperately trying to silence his critics and accusers with frivolous lawsuits.

On April 16th, 2008, Jim Gilchrist filed a defamation lawsuit against Brook Young of Immigration Watchdog, Chelene Nightingale of Save Our State, Barbara Coe of CCIR, Minuteman Project Treasurer Deborah Courtney, and Minuteman Project President Marvin Stewart.

Jim Gilchrist Threatens To Sue One Hundred Patriots!

Yes, you read that correctly, Jim Gilchrist is also threatening to sue as many as one hundred Patriots in the movement for defamation. As of this writing, they are unnamed John Doe's but more Patriots could be added to the list at any time.

I encourage you to read the actual summons, because it reveals a great deal about the unstable mental state of Jim Gilchrist. Take special note of what is excluded from the lawsuit as well as the frivolous claims Jim Gilchrist seeks financial damages for.

Jim isn’t suing me because I revealed how he fraudulently solicited money for the San Diego Minuteman adopt-a-highway lawsuit against the state of California.

Realize that at least a portion of donations to the MM Project are being spent directly on attorney fees to sue all these dedicated individuals, which are working against illegal immigration. Even if these funds are coming strait out of Jim Gilchrist's personal funds, he received a salary from MMP and is using that to attack patriots.

I consider this behavior by Gilchrist and the posibility that contributions to the MM Project are being used for this lawsuit to be counterproductive to the activism against illegal immigration.

Doesn't that cause people to question who's side he is on? Especially after the Huckabee endorcement. You know the OBL is celebrating this lawsuit and they didn't have to pay for it or even lift a finger.

Gilchrist employs 5 Attorney's right now, which is down from 7. He actually has more Attorney's than members of his organization. Writing attack emails and threatening to sue patriots is like a hobby for him.

Man, Gilchrist really needs to just lay low and.... go away. He's like the Jim Bakker of illegal immigration. Illegal immigration is not a race, it's an issue. Good ol' Gilchrist just wants to bank on it.

    God speed Brook and Doe's.

Who knows that for sure? They may have been a long time donor through one source or another.

It might be relevant to point out that this time, Gilchrist is suing as himself, and no mention of MMP as a plaintiff.
It will not be enough to send a letter. We will have to march on washington and dictate terms in the white house

Nike is good, though Hale-Bopp, five bucks in quarters, and/or Heaven's Gate Away Team will work as well.

How about David Berkowitz without a dog.

Mr. Gilchrist is a black eye for true patriots. This is really sad how he would do this.
