Or .. the defendant's own attorney was inept and didn't inform the jury.

Sutton was not even there for any of the case until the day the sentencing was held, this according to both Ramos and Compean's wives.

sutton also claimed it was not the prosecutors or the judges decision to tell the jurors what the sentence would be

Yeah, its definitely about NAU. They need to all be on the same page. Washington and Mexico City working in lock-step, so they know Jorge is dealing in "good faith." Perhaps even more sinister.......The drug cartels have funded the Mexican government for generations. If they get assurances from Mexico City and Washington that their boys will be protected over BP, then they are on board as well............So they can build that super-highway to speed their meth throughout the US and Canada more efficiently.
