Cruz is totally wrong. Discrimination is not a "State Right". States Rights cases are never about what they should be about. States Rights is the right to operate their government independent of the federal government with a few exceptions. States Rights is not the right to enslave people, to cheat black Americans, to flood their state with illegal aliens and then have 87% of them signed up for federal welfare, it's not about forcing pregnant girls and women into childbirth against their will, it's not about States enrolling in federal Medicaid funding and then breaking the rules to cheat poor people, or pass "marriage laws" that discriminate against US citizens because of who they are, by race, sexual orientation, or other characteristics they have no control over.

I can't stand Jorge Ramos because of his positions on immigration, but I must say, he got it right on the Supreme Court.

Americans who are States Rights Advocates, and I am one, but a little different than some, because I don't believe at all for a second that it was the intent or words of the US Constitution to use States Rights to discriminate against or oppress our citizens, because that is totally inconsistent with the fundamentals of our country, which is freedom for all, liberty for all, not "freedom for me, but not for thee."

Also, if this is Ted's example of making arguments for his beliefs and causes, then it is no wonder he never gets a bill he wants passed in the US Congress. He is terrible. You just want to slap him.

Ted Cruz is not only a menace to the United States and the American Worker, he is a menace to the civil liberties and equal rights of the American People.

Ted Cruz is absolutely right in opposing the U.S. Supreme Court's decision on homosexual marriage! As for Jorge Ramos, even the sight of him disgust me.

I disagree. I support the US Supreme Court's decision to stop people from hiding behind state laws to mistreat gay couples. Gay people are citizens of our country and good, hardworking, sweet, intelligent and capable people. They should not be forced into unhappy and incomplete lives through marriage laws simply because they're gay. If they meet the age, citizenship, blood tests if they still do them, no other spouses somewhere requirements, then they should be able to live together as a married couple with all the legal and financial protections of any married couple anywhere in the United States.

Your position is contrary to my own and a huge majority of this county's conservative voters, but that's okay because this is the United States of America. Here we're able to share our opinions on such issues without fear of government intervention.

Why is nobody challenging Rubio's 'Natural Born Citizen' status?

Neither of Rubio's parents are 'Natural Born Citizens' therefore by definition he is an Anchor baby, Right?

Several of us have here have challenged Rubio's eligibility right along with Cruz. Trump hasn't challenged him on that I guess because he was born in the US and that seems to be what Trump was most concerned about, the foreign birth and foreign citizenship. But he'll probably get to it when the time comes. And it looks like it's around the corner. He may have enough on Rubio to not have to go there.

Obviously enough in Iowa did. Where did you get the notion that most Ameicans don't think Cruz is a natural born citizen?
