[Watch] Judge Jeanine – Border Crisis a Cover For Trafficking by Corrupt Governments and Cartels

Posted on 27 July, 2014 by Rick Wells

Judge Jeanine Pirro focuses an underreported aspect of the problem being created on our southern border and the issue of illegal immigration. The somewhat obscure problem is that of the human trafficking of young girls and boys who are being recruited, under duress, by violent gangs and cartels into the sex and drug trades.

The judge breaks the problem into three different but related areas.

There are the mothers who are running from traffickers voluntarily with their children. There are mothers using coyotes who then engage young girls as part of a sex trafficking operation. Thirdly, there are cartels bringing male children in to use in their drug trafficking operations.

Her guest, Conchita Sarnoff of the Alliance to Rescue Victims of Trafficking says that things are rough in the Central American countries and the gangs and cartels are in charge.

She says that the three primary offender countries, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras all are run by what are basically gang governments. The governments are affiliated with and run by the La Mara Salvatrucha, or MS-13, MS-18 transnational criminal gangs which have a membership in excess of 70,000.

Sarnoff describes that in addition to the $9,000 average fee charged by the coyotes to transport the illegals across Mexico, the lucrative nature of trafficking means that the children are often also used for those purposes along the way. They become victims of a crime of opportunity created of desperation and a lack of consequences for their exploitation. Sarnoff says that for many, particularly those in less stable environments, there is a strong likelihood that they will remain in association with the gangs once they arrive in the United States.

Democrats Are Complicit In Human Trafficking on the Border as Defined by The United Nations

Posted on 27 July, 2014 by Rick Wells

The United Nations defines Human Trafficking as “the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring or receipt of persons, by means of the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, of abduction, of fraud, of deception, of the abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or of the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of exploitation.
Exploitation shall include, at a minimum, the exploitation of the prostitution of others or other forms of sexual exploitation, forced labor or services, slavery or practices similar to slavery, servitude or the removal of organs.”
Taking them as the preeminent experts on human rights abuses, their definition could be considered the international standard. With that in mind, we can see how it relates to what is happening on our southern border.
The crisis is obviously one that has been created over a period of time, with then-Senator Joe Biden being the one who snuck the key language into the 2008 trafficking bill that the Socialist Democrats are using to “justify” the importation of illegal alien foreigners.
Of course those illegal alien foreigners didn’t get here by accident and as dirt-poor third-worlders, they don’t have the money to pay their own way. The price tag of $5,000 to $25,000 per person is too steep for them, more than twice their average per capita income, but the United States has lots of money. And if we do happen to run low, we can always have Fed print up a fresh batch.
A recent guest on the Judge Jeanine Pirro “Justice” program, Conchita Sarnoff of the Alliance to Rescue Victims of Trafficking exposed the fact that the three leaders of Central American nations with whom B. Hussein Obama recently held a meeting in the White House are actually members of a trans-national gang government. They are affiliated with MS-13 or La Mara Salvatrucha. She put it plainly; the governments of El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala are controlled by this criminal organization.
Oddly, among the smoke and mirrors that was part of the initial rollout of this false crisis was a trip by Joe “Money Bags” Biden to Central America to offer increased U.S. foreign aid to these cesspools of corruption if they would only quit sending us their least valuable commodity, their people.
Naturally, Biden placed no controls on how that money was to be spent or whose pockets it might fall into along its journey. He didn’t even attach metrics to guarantee that it was having an impact. All Biden did was promise to redistribute hundreds of millions of dollars of the wealth of the American taxpayers to these corrupt gang governments.
Those governments can then pay the way for the trafficking as needed, with extra income derived from child prostitution and drug running as the opportunity presents itself along the way. They also reap benefits by using the Central American citizens as human shield diversions for their drug trafficking division, removing the border patrol from interdiction and making that segment of their smuggling operation easier and safer to operate.
While the scenario as outlined so far satisfies all of the UN’s trafficking definition’s requirements outlined in the first paragraph, the exploitation portion is only slightly less obvious.
Whether any of the large sums of money sent to the tin-pot Central American dictators finds its way back to the generous officials of the U.S. is anybody’s guess, but there are obvious exploitations that are undeniably taking place.
One is political and while it in and of itself may not technically meet the definitions under the United Nations trafficking guidelines, the illegal aliens are being exploited by the United States government under this regime to achieve a political objective. The Socialist Democrats get the benefit of a political weapon through which to advance their agenda and retool the American population.
However, in the process of acquiring that political weapon, they have created, through whatever direct action might be proven as well as the attraction of a belief of residency created by the enforcement vacuum of the Obama regime, a situation where exploitation that does meet the definition is rampant, known and continues to be facilitated to date.
Children are being sexually abused, trafficked, enslaved and killed by the cartels that are facilitating the Democrat voter importation. The Democrats are providing the motivation behind the transfer of persons referenced in the first paragraph, with the secondary exploitation being provided by the cartels. They are acting in conjunction with each other, satisfying all segments of the definition.
It is undeniable that a return to enforcement would put a stop to the stampede and simultaneously eliminate the exploitation. The Obama regime, including the DHS, HHS and other agencies facilitating the invasion are arguably complicit and instrumental in the exploitation as it could not occur without their enabling.
The Obama regime and complicit Democrats have created and continue to support the situation which is resulting in the human trafficking taking place. They alone hold that distinction and responsibility.
