Judge Jeanine opens with a statement that she believes in truth and justice. She says apparently so do the American people, a reference to the results of the Tuesday midterm elections. She said we “Delivered much deserved justice to ‘president’ Obama, his policies and his party.” She points out the American people’s “determination to take back America was historic, the largest Republican House majority in more than eighty years, a Republican controlled Senate, historic Republican victories replacing Democrat governors in blue states.”
She says, “’President’ Barack Obama’s effort to create a socialist-style government under the guise of being simply progressive was overwhelmingly rejected by you, the voters.”
She mocks the absurdity that constituted the bulk of Democrat claims during the run up to the election as well as the ridiculous comments of the usurper in the White House in the aftermath. She wonders how he heard the voices of the two-thirds who didn’t vote while misunderstanding the one-third who did.
Rather than recalibrating his positions and programs, Obama chose to simply point to the fact that Washington doesn’t work well. She reminds him that he is one of the chief reasons why that is the case.

Judge Jeanine describes Obama as a bully, with his message to Congress being, “Either you do it my way or I’ll use an executive order to do it my way. Nowhere did he indicate a willingness to compromise with an historically large opposition party.
She has other bad news for Obama, Reid and Pelosi.
