Reentry after a formal deportation order has been executed is a felony, punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment.
I have never heard of any illegal invader getting close to that for reentry after deportation. In fact, this country rarely prosecutes these criminals at all.
Just another example of the preferential treatment the illegal invaders from mexico seem to enjoy in this country. Then we wonder why the invaders think they are above the law.
Well, it seems as if they are.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

This bill is absolutely insane and unconstitutional.
What are a the names of AZ legislatures who introduced the anti-illegal immigration laws? Need to contact them and tell them to stop this or attach so many amendments to it, it would cost the employers a fortune to import labor.
The bill, introduced by a bipartisan group of lawmakers, would allow Arizona employers to recruit temporary workers, from Mexico only, after demonstrating that there is a shortage of local labor to fill jobs.
* Mexico only is discrimitory.
* Local labor--what is local? Fill from other states before resorting to a foreign country.
The bill outlines a process, to be run through the state's Industrial Commission, that would regulate the hiring of temporary workers.
* Who pays the $340 visa application fee?
Provisions include a criminal background check of the applicant and a two-year limit on a temporary-worker ID, although the time could be extended. Workers would be drawn only from Mexico and would be authorized to travel between Mexico and Arizona, but not other states.
* Who conducts the background check--FBI, AZ State, or employers?
* Who pays for it? US tax-payers, AZ tax-payers or employers?
* Mexican officials are notoriously corrupt so Mexico based background checks are questionable.
Health check:
* No provision workers are healthy and communiable disease free.
* Employer responsible for complete immigration health physical including chest x-ray, TB & HIV testing, complete blood work-up, drug screening, etc.
* Employers responsible for vaccines for measles, mumps, polio, etc,
No provision for health care:
* If worker becomes ill or injured, employer pays for all medical costs not the tax-payers.
* If female worker and she becomes pregnant, she must return to Mexico immediately.
Employer responsibility:
* Provides housing.
* If a worker commits a crime while in the U.S. the employer is legally liable as an accessory--bringing worker to U.S. made the crime possible.
Two year time limit:
* No extensions.
* One time only--cannot reapply for the program.
* If participate in program, prohibited from ever applying for U.S. citizenship.
Workers would be drawn only from Mexico :
* Prejudiced and discrimination against rest of the countries.
* Must recruit world-wide so no country represents more than 10% of the recruited workers.
Authorized to travel between Mexico and Arizona, but not other states.
* Special pass? If crime committed the 'worker' would only have to escape over the border to escape consequences. Mexico does not extradite in many cases.
* Workers would need supervision 24/7 to assure they don't travel to other states."Distrust and caution are the parents of security."

Illegal is the new legal? What a gas!
Unless we get those criminals & make them pay for what they have done to our country and the lawlessness they have sponsored, we are just another Mexico ourselves!

I'm having a hard time understanding this since many illegals are leaving other states due to the poor economy and having trouble finding work. How is this even relevent right now?
Relevent or not, its still insane!Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
