Zina Linnik age 12 was just found in WA murdered by an Illegal Alien convicted in 1990 of 1st degree incest and is a level one registered sex offender.

Yes, and please don't forget senators Cantwell and Murray - who have consistently refused to listen the voice(s) of the public and actually vote and show leadership against brain-dead immigration policies.

Helpless and innocent little girls shouldn't have to die because some arrogant and greedy people insist upon their narrow and self-serving economic interests. Shame on you Gov. Gregoire, shame on you senator Cantwell, shame on you senator Murray.... how will you explain your lack of action which has allowed this tragedy to occur? (and don't even bother giving anyone the line about path to legalization and other nonsense - that wouldn't have changed a thing)

I feel so sorry for the Linnik family. This is a wound that will not heal anytime soon. Their suffering is unimaginable.

I've sent emails about it to both, but they need to hear from Washington residents.

It was my understanding that this guy was not an illegal alien....but a legal alien or naturalized citizen.

For that reason I did not add this little girl to the Victims of Illegal Aliens Memorial. http://www.ojjpac.org/memorial

People may be confused because a legal alien or a naturalized citizen can be deported under certain circumstances...so you can't assume if they are deportable...they are necessarily in the US illegally.

If anyone has a source saying he is in the US illegally, let me know...and I will add the girl's name to the Memorial.
