I had heard this morning on Fox News that Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid put language in the stimulus bill that will kill E-Verify for good. Lou just announced that this bill "destroys" E-verify. Please tune and see if this is all true. He'll be having Jeff Sessions on an some other elected officials.

Listening and yes he (the guest) said it killed it all. They even tried different wording to keep the door open, jobs over a certain amount etc. and nothing.

This Congressman was talking like they will bring it up in another bill, but that doesn't look too promising with a Democrat controlled Congress. I'm waiting to see what Sessions says about this.

There is a bright light to this stimulus bill. It was reported on Fox this morning that if the election was held today, the Dems would lose 40 seats. Too bad Americans didn't wake up before they gave them those 40.
