We are suppose to have immigration quotas , are we not?

Shouldn't our immigration services be staffed and funded

I have asked these questions many times and no one seems to know the answer....I do believe at one time I read about quota's from different countries and if I remember right 10% was to come from Mexico....well we know tha is not happening!!

I can't believe the question about quotas is being brought up at this time.
Quotas are out the window because of illegal immigration. Quotas don't count anymore.

I am sure that Lou Dobbs did NOT intend to say to the whole world, "COME and GET it!"
